I think that that is exactly what I mean: The "stuck in the head" business. I can obsess so much about someone that it just drives me crazy.

That is what I find "inappropriate". Even though its not hurting anyone or not acted out, its happening in your head and keeps you awake. That's the really sad part.

Absolutely! A planet touching Pluto by conjunction is "torched" by Pluto so the feelings will run DEEP.

I think the expression may be that you are able to both "feel"(Pluto) and discern intellectually at the same time(Libra).

I have Venus conjunct Saturn in Scorpio natally and though Saturn limits the expression of my feelings externally,it most certainly doesn't stop me from feeling them(Scorpio).

Look, I'm no fan of platitudes and habitual phone calls unless I have something profound to say to someone.

I don't like staying on the phone indefinitely and having to listen to the bits and pieces of someones day. Give me the juice and let me suck on it. That's what I say.

Try steering the conversation towards more taboo subjects, relate the subject to yourself and then to him and then see what happens.

For instance, you could say :

"Today I watched a program about a woman who caught her lover in bed with another man and shot them both in cold blood."

Then pause(never seeming shocked of course as Scorpio Venus loves it when someone doesn't get shocked easily).Then continue;

"It's easy for most people to think that they would simply walk away. But would I(relating to yourself)? Would it be that easy to brush off feelings for your lover when he turns up to be gay?"

Again, not showing any hysteria, go on...

"I guess I'm stuck as to what her motive was? Was she embarrassed that he did this to her? Did she really love him that the cheating partner was inconsequential? Or was it both?"

then close off with;

"What would you do in a situation like that?"

After that, the floodgates should be open and you'd be welcome to probe and delve into his psyche to your heart's desire.

Most Venus in Scorpio people love discussing psychological dramas and dilemmas.

Its endearing , if it is shared in bits and pieces. Remain a mystery and don't give it all to him , all at once. That's a turn off.

Would he use it against you? Well, that depends on how evolved this Scorpio Venus is.

But I am going to err on the side that this is not something that Scorpio Venus would do.
They seem to know a lot about glass houses and stones.

It's too early. Just be yourself, try not to get emotional over things just yet and let's see what happens. Assume he is being straight but keep your ears open to what he is saying.

I'll remember n keep trying not be to emotional! I think I'm doing a decent job at laying low, I only get emotional/passionate when I'm telling him why I disagree with his opinions, lol.

Three months in and we each visit the other twice a month. And he's talking about moving to my city in the next 6 months to a year. That's how intense he and the situation are.

Your guy has a lot of scorpio very intense I'm sure!
The guy I'm seeing seems to be so ok with commitment and getting attached and deep effortlessly...I'm really not used to it all!
It catches me off guard completely, but I do like it!
He is working out of town, we haven't seen each other in a couple weeks, he invited me to come see him...he got me my own hotel room to stay at but he put the room in his name well more like my first name with his last name then tells me if I accept the room it means I accept his last name, n belong to him, for the weekend at least or until I let him make it official.
I wasn't really sure what to think of that, my gemini mars thinks whoa...give me some room to breath but my libra venus conjunct pluto melts into it n loves it. Lol

I'm still trying to decide if that is scorpio Venus talking or libra Juno....never met a guy so in love with idea of married and belonging to only person and being with only that person for life is everything they want. I'm like that with my Pluto/Venus in libra but id never met a guy like that!

His Juno is exact trine my Mars....I guess that explains a lot!

I had a similar situation. We were talking about marriage, and he jokingly hyphenated our names in a text. I told him that if we were to marry, I'd go all the way and just take his name. He said that was the most romantic thing I could've said in that situation, and that that comment made him lose it. :-)

They're freaking intense for sure. My Cap mars is like, WHOA--slow down, but my venus in aries is so excited and loving the ride. Your guy sounds eerily similar to my guy and situation.

Once, when we were having sex, he said, "You know you're mine, right? I'm never going to let you go. But that's okay, because I'm going to take care of you." It's super romantic and hot... no words for it. It's just deep and intense, and a lot. He feels more deeply than anyone I've ever met.

To top it off, he's a pisces rising and I'm pisces sun. We have moon trine mars, Pluto conjunct venus/and opposite venus, trine midpoints, trine vertexes, and our nodes are opposites. There are others, but that's off the top of my head. It's a lot, but I'm basking in it. He's given himself to me, I'm sure, and that's a gift in itself. I've been craving this my entire life.
