The way you see them strut. So proud, confident, no weakness to be seen. So quick to target your weakness straight away. They are super-humans and have X-ray eyes. The most stubborn of all, will never and I mean NEVER admit to being wrong. Will suffer alone in silence with a pain that nobody can ever see, ever. If you accidentally scuff their shoe, they will never forgive you and mock you every time they see you from then on. They won't take advice, they will go their own damn way. Never admit to love, they want to control the S/O. These are people who want power, and they will do anything to get it. Even backstabbing their own family or murdering their own family or loved ones. These are ruthless people, they have no remorse and they'll never feel bad about anything they do. They do what they want, when they want to do it. If you don't like it? Fight to the death with them.
If all this were true of Scorpios, wouldn't they be extinct now?
Nobody can live their life like this. Astrology's modern conception of Scorpio is so overblown and ridiculous that I can't believe anybody believes it. IP: Logged |

Scorpios have a weakness. It is their ego (most fixed signs are egotistical) and desire for power and control that turns back on them and tears them apart.Actually, I would say this for every sign that is labeled egotistical. They're not as evil as the common astrological stereotype, not even as confident. My friend is a Scorpio and she's shy as hell, plus, she really could not care less about who runs what. Most of what you said is true except I can and always admit when I'm wrong. It just depends on the type of Scotpio you're dealing with. Generally speaking, our biggest weakness is the intensity of our emotions. This shouldn't be a weakness bug most of us don't learn how to control that aspect of ourselves until after years of heartache and experience. Some use manipulation and mind games to control their emotions which would be considered weak, but the mature and evolved scorpios learn to deal with their emotions and still coexist in society. All scorpios have plenty of defects just like everyone else, they are not the exception! They came out to this world the same way as everyone else has.The difference is that they are very good at keeping their defects hidden from others as they dont want others to use it agaisnt them. Paranoia exists bc of pluto aspects and scorpio influence. They hold grudges and are too prideful. IP: Logged |

Oscar pistorius is a scorpio, guilty as hell, although he laughed in court, he just doesn't care, I don't think he feels any remorse for what he did. It might be possible that it hits him later on. Although well never truly know what he is thinking, he could be deceiving, that's the mystery of the Scorpio. that's why so many women end up on google complaining and confused by their Scorpio partner, makes me laugh. I just divorced my mother. She is a Sun, Moon, Merc Scorpio. She has been psychologically abusing me for years. She pretends to be all high and mighty and powerful but I THINK I have said this once but will repeat: do not corner a Cancerian....because if you do that, you will have ALL the sh1t you have given them put on display but magnified to the point little poor Scorpio will crawl back and weep. I actually contemplated REALLY ripping the rug from underneath her feet but her smug, cold face is not worth the thrill. It's a side of me I am scared of. Depends on their other aspects and actually their age.I find older Scorpios (say mid to late 40s) often have Sun conjunct Neptune and sextile Pluto so there's a spiritual strength about them. The ones I know around that age ARE strong (charismatic too  ), and have an easy authority about them, like they command respect without much effort. Younger ones (say early 20s) with Scorpio sun conjunct Pluto are a bit more turbulent and unpredictable in my experience, although not weak. Again though, all aspects need to be taken into consideration. No-one is free from weaknesses. IP: Logged |

It is a facade where weaknesses can be carefully hidden. Pride gets in the way, I guess. That fact alone could be classed as a weakness!I am one of the older ones - Sun conjunct Neptune and sextile Pluto. I was a very quiet unassuming child and teenager - a dreamer. It's overblown. My husband is a Scorpio and although some of that description fits him, much of it doesn't.. or at least doesn't in an extreme way. He is confident, stubborn, reluctant to take advice and will hold a grudge. However, he does show love, he's loyal, doesn't control me at all, he's considerate to friends and loved ones, etc. Our friends like to joke that he is the 'nicest evil person' they know.  I imagine other aspects of every Scorpio's chart makes a big difference.

We all share many weaknesses in virtue of being human.
But other than that - there are probably Scorpio-specific weaknesses.. The first one that comes to mind is love, not ego. For a Scorpio in love, the whole world fades to grey... even their own person fades to grey. This can lead to a dangerous amount of obsession and self-neglect and even illness or death. It doesn't help that they often masochistically fall in love with someone they can't have - specially those with Scorpio Venus.IP: Logged |

Three evolutionary stages of Scorpio: bug, eagle, & phoenix. I thought the male I married was an eagle. Turns out he was really just a bug masquerading (sp?) as an eagle. He attempted to decieve me numerous times. HA! What he did not count on is my 3H Mercury in Scorpio opposite Mars.You bet I called him out on his bs. He turned my own family against me which was actually very beneficial to me. Thankfully, he told me he wanted a divorce over the phone. Yes, he is that cowardly. I may not have the 4 bedroom house, and am always late with rent & bills; but my kiddo & I are much happier.------------------

I knew a really weak double scorpio, sun moon, and mars conjunct Neptune in scorpio. He was a terrible drug addict, I'm thinking it was the Neptune placement that made him so weak. He tried to use everybody. IP: Logged |

Ha ha !....Honestly I think there is so much exaggeration of Scorpio. I do blame modern astrology too. Most Scorpio are simple, it is astrology which makes you more and more wonder about their motives and curious about them. I am going to write things with YOU but I mean in general as I am not sure whether you have copy / paste from somewhere or these are your personal opinions.
But to me above description is written by jaded and jealous person who just does not understand Scorpio. We either see Scorpions put on pedestal or regularly abused. Irrespective whoever it was writing this I would have tried to understand and explain this. Scorpio has to learn to be vulnerable but real question is "Why do you want to see a vulnerable Scorpio?" There is always dilemma for a Scorpio whether to be vulnerable or not. Does it help being vulnerable to them or not? quote:

From your first few lines it suggests, only reason you want to see them vulnerable is to feel good about yourself or have something over them so that would make you equal.Are you in awe of Scorpio a person with power and you want to be like that?Are you jealous that you can not be like that?

I disagree most Scorpions eventually learn they can make mistakes and will admit.
However I must say one thing, most Scorpions know what they did was right at the time at what they were doing it even it temporarily seems wrong. Scorpio knows how to make 2 wrongs 1 right, not always but most times. Sometimes Scorpio is seeing long term gain so can go blind on short term gain. That's just people who've had too much hate-orade with their jealous-juice.
