Soooo I opened a can of worms and told him how I feel about him (I like him, don't want to see anyone else) & he vanished No acknowledgment of my messages or anything yet - I told him over 24 hours ago This is bad, isn't it? :-/ IP: Logged |

scorpios like time alone to process events and analyze, especially when it comes to feelings. Just give him some time, he'll come around. Don't text him until he texts you first

Scorpios are so easy.
They are so swayed by their emotions instincts and sexuality.With not much air or fire he is just an ocean of emotions/hormones.
My sister just makes her scorpio man jealous. She gets dressed up and goes out with her friends posts stories of her awesome night with all these guys that hit on her.. and he gets really mad and starts banging on her door and they have angry make up sex.. ******* predictable thou IP: Logged |

Same thing happened to me. My guy has sun/venus/Pluto in scorp with a cap moon. Im an Aries moon so I'm very expressive. When I first told him how I felt, he told me he had feelings for me too (I did it person FYI), but then he got distant. He is scared of getting hurt, I came to realize. He eventually came back but every time I get mushy/emotional on him, he gets distant again and I get all insecure again lol. The true test is to wait and see if he comes back. Where are your guy's planets? Moon, venus, mars? IP: Logged |

Hey! I'm an Aries moon too, lol! And in the 3rd house - not expressing myself is like not being true to who I am He is scorp sun, mercury and venus with cancer moon and aqua mars (he lacks fire) idk his time of birth but he isn't fiery in ANY way lol

Since I don't have his TOB (he has NO idea) I don't know what the synastry is like really I'm a cancer sun, mercury and venus w/aries moon, leo mars and cap asc we vibe wayyyy better in person & we don't need words when we're together - like we have chilled for 30mins w/o saying anything. that's what I like, that it's natural and easy feeling but I wanted him to know how I felt...& now he's being all weirdo on me. almost all of my ex's were Scorpios including my current s.o. of many years.
In the beginning of a relationship, they don't like to be chased or suffocated with emotions, and having someone expressing their feelings too soon makes them feel like the other person took the control out of the situation. They want to control the whole thing so when the other person initiate a step forward, their reaction is to get lost and may come back when things have cooled to the previous level. It's a turn off for them. They like the challenge, the chase, and the mystery, so there. Once the relationship is established, they don't mind being showered with love and affection, though, even though they wont believe half of it.IP: Logged |

i really hate being on the recieving end of there stupid mind games haha im only a scorpio sun with mars in water and the rest in air and fire signs so im not really that scorpionic but i can tell you for a fact that he is analyzing why you told him that and if he feels the same way. scorps are tricky :/ i dont really like others lmaoo but one thing i kno that every scorp loves is somebody who is loyal and will be there ride or die so i say give him some time but if you still dont hear from him reach out cuz he could possibly be testing you to see how dedicated you are pretty much respect his space but not to much still show your available i would txt him and be like sorry if i came on to strong but im just being honest i understand if your uncomfortable just txt me whenever "YOU" feel like it im not going anywhere, let him feel like he has control over the situation fixed signs are easy to manipulate if you know how to go about it hahaIP: Logged |

That he hasn't gotten back to you in 24hrs wouldn't worry me. That's not a long time especially for a scorp. I have close friends that are Scorpios and they love to keep me waiting over the silliest things.
A Scorpio is all about power so by not getting back to you he feels he is keeping some of his power over you. Especially if there are feelings involved. They don't want to seem vulnerable or in any way at your mercy. Also what Charlie said is quite true. They don't like any display of feelings. Not that they don't like to hear how much you like them but I think they don't know how to respond and it makes them feel awkward, I would even go as far as saying it makes them feel shy. Your synastry seems pretty good! You both have strong cancer. My guy and I also have our moons square to each other. I think our Aries moons can be quite impatient and we like instant gratification while they are more insecure. I agree with orange completely- she seems to know scorp nature very well. It took my guy a few days I think. I'm honestly way too expressive so we go through these episodes a lot. He's definitely much more responsive when I'm talking to him 'normally'. Your guy is just thinking about what you said so don't be too concerned. I really don't think it's a Bad thing that he hasn't answered yet.

To sidestep a little...99% of ALL water signs I have met, known and know are cold as f cuk. Why? Because they cannot control their very deep flowing emotions, much like Capricorns. They don't have the emotional capacity to express feelings like Fire signs for instance. I have met Aqaurius' more emotional, able to show it, than water signs!! We are not in a good frame of mind when forced too quickly to show emotions or if we are being clobbered with others emotions. The waters will become much too deep then and we will retaliate by taking off. After a while we most likely will come back, if we like you, to see if waters are more shallow....and this might take place many times during many months and sometimes years until other person gets it OR if we just give up altogether. I'm inclined to agree. I have a stellium in cancer and when I'm feeling moody you're hell bent to get me to talk BUT I have Aries moon in the 3rd house so I'm all about expression (if I'm in the right mind frame... Sometimes I just wanna sulk)

We have been seeing eachother for months now & I know he's shy so I thought by putting my feelings out there that would make him feel secure with me Still no response. Silence is excruciating.
