Difficult question dear...
but let us try.
It is said that the 12th house as well as the planets in the same house can give us the picture of our last incarnation.
Where/how we lived ,depending on the sign and symbolic to that Sign and planets, aspects that/ those planets do, what we did bad/good.
It is said that the 4th hose can give us a picture of how long our soul needed for the last incarnation, the one described within 12th house.

So if you have your IC in one of the fire signs that shows that the incarnation to this life was quite fast.
In Aries( cardinal) the fastest, followed by Sag (mutable) and Leo ( fixed) as slowest in the FIRE group.
All three signs show reincarnation time within a year ..Aries maybe days, weeks.

If your IC, 4th house cusp is in the Air signs the reincarnation happened few year after the death.
Libra ( cardinal) as the fastest from 3 air signs.

Okay, the cusp of the 4th also shows the conditions in which we lived in a last life but not necessarily occupation ( thats the issue of 12th). Usually within the 4th we can see, assume the country, surroundings and atmosphere and any further planet there can give us more information.

If you have the 4th house starting in one sign but finishing in another you can assume that you moved, changed the country in the last life. You can see when depending on the degree. Late degree would mean you moved away from the birth place quite young, 15th degree in the middle of your life etc.

VIRGO is costal so it points to the countries with the access to the sea and nice beaches ..also diligent in a way..Old Greece? Think about your self

So last life took place few decades before 1972 my birth in this life.

The IC cusp is in the CANCER sign which is cardinal so I would assume, according to the text i posted above, that i lived some 20,30 , 40 years before `72 which would be that i lived from the end of 1800 ( 1870-80-90 till some 1930-40-50) if I lived a normal life and was not killed young or similar.
With IC cusp in Cancer my birth place was nice, by the lake or some nice water with a beautiful vegetation but I left that place young and moved to a very powerful (rich)place with warm climate ( LEO).
The Moon , the ruler of my 4th house cusp is in the 12th house so there I kinda see more what was going on what i was doing.
The 12th hose cusp is in PISCES but my Moon is in the first degrees ARIES.
ARIES tells me war, fight, strange and hard circumstances!
12th cusp PISCES is water, boat, faraway...So what happened?
My Moon is totally afflicted.
IN square to VENUS, opposition to PLUTO, square to JUPi all within tight degree.
Maybe I was raised in a nice place very comfortable but my family sold me to some rich dude (if i was a girl) in some land (to which i needed to travel by boat) although I was madly in love to someone else??
I have a grand cross with that MOON, VENUS, PLUTO, JUPI...and thats telling me that something significant happened in that past life i lived...Maybe i killed, or died because of LOVE? ahahaha...well, we can all make our little stories knowing what we know about astrology but we can never be certain that this what we see, feel is really accurate.

WOW.

I have moon in pisces in the 4th with uranus and jupiter in the 12th and as I child I had dreams of been in an island that was extremely rich in vegetation and very jungle like but I was outcasted, I didnt belong but I was a worker, I felt a lot of emptiness in that dream....

I also had frequent dreams that I was stranded in the middle of the ocean and could not see any shores surrounding me.

In addition my mother was very scared of water when she was pregnant with me but not with my siblings.

I also had a dream as a child that I was put away in a castle and couldn't leave the castle.

My house there is empty like i live there alone, abandoned..Stone house without real flooring, just a ground, brown like soil as a floor and not much furniture..I never stay long there, I always decide to go out and visit that graveyard..I am also dressed very simple, like refugee actually. Btw, this gipsy always tells me something but I never know when I wake up what..It sucks!

That recurring dream has to mean unresolved karma from that life; perhaps one of your more recent lives.

My moon in pisces in the 4th squares neptune in the 1st and neptune rules my 4th! My moon opposes my Sun in the 10th and all three planets form a mutable tsquare. In addition I have Jupiter and Uranus conjunct exact approaching in the 12th which conjunct my AC tightly. Jupiter/Uranus conjunction is the tightest aspect in my chart.

This has to be aspects that describe my most recently past life. You have helped me realize this with the information you first shared in this thread combined with my mother's fear of water while pregnant with me and my own dreams as a child.

You have revived my faith in reincarnation..My sun in Virgo is atheist and my moon in Pisces is Buddhist and beliefs in reincarnation LOL...I go back and forth but now I belief..Its too many coincidences. There is more than meets the eye and I feel dreams are a big key to proving or understanding this.

PISCES on the cusp, IC would indeed suggest that you are born somewhere far, on the water, island, isolated place and that you lived in a period some 50, 60 years before your birth to this current life.
Did you move from there? and when? I cant say cos you did not provide the info about the the IC degree and how far or not is the 4th in the degrees of ARIES.
Then JUPI-URANUS conjunction can indeed suggest a sudden , unexpected disaster which happen to you cos in the 12th but..I dont know the cusp sign of your 12th as well as the AC sign where this conjunction took place but if it is Scporp as i assume that means something really brutal happened to you or you did it?! I must see the Moon, the strongest memories from that last life, but I dont know where your Moon exactly is and which aspects does it make either ..
