I know it's unaspected. And it's 27 degree Leo

I've been a writing maniac since I was a kid. As well as communicator. But that's boosted by my rising Aquarius

as you can see I have tons of Mercury aspects but I would never claim to be a better writer since some famous writers have unaspected Mercurys (if you disregard wide degrees) like Rowling or Marian Keyes. I once read that an unaspected Mercury means communication at any possible level (or no communication at all).

Saturn in early Libra 3H here. But I don't like this placement because it practically conj Venus-Jupiter in very late Virgo and I feel it limits my creativity instead of disciplining.

That would mean your mercury is disposited by the Sun so the Sun aspects probably contribute to your preference in themes when writing and style of writing..

Does your sun aspect Uranus or your AC? What house is your mercury on?

I do find that interesting that is in Leo and unaspected.

ADD: your unaspected mercury conjuncts FIXED STAR REGULUS.

Mercury quintile Pluto
Mercury trine Lillith (???)
9th House Virgo

I write mostly technical and academic writing, but I love detail and structure.

WOW

Lots of mercury aspects! Is this your strongest planet?

Curious Do you by any chance have a photographic memory?, I almost started a thread on that and might do that. I am very curious to see what aspects might facilitate this..perhaps asteroid memoria plays a role...

What kind of a student are you? do know your IQ? what are your strengths and interests?

I have Mars in Virgo in the 3rd house... I always write but when I go back to it... I always feel like I can improve.

But then again I have

- Sun conjunct Mercury
- Mercury in the 4th house (but so is my sun)
- Moon Conjunct Neptune
- Neptune Opposite AS
- Mars trine Neptune
- Mercury Biquintle Jupiter
- Mercury Injunction MC
- Mercury semi-square Venus

I heard moon is about emotions... but I have Sun square Neptune and it's hard for me to say my feelings and dreams outline but I can always put them on paper. Moon in Capricorn makes me so bundled inside so I have to put it onto paper.

I love writing and beautiful words. I like to keep a journal of some of the best moments in my life. I feel like I just need to write them down and be able to read them and indulge in them later on. I like to write song lyrics, some poetry, essays (only about things I'm passionate about), stories, etc. I've always had good marks in English class and people have complimented me over and over about the beautiful poetry and lyrics I write. My writing almost always appeals to other people's emotions and I can go really deep with it. I also write best when I "feel" the words I'm writing.

I forgot to say Amelia, that I'm a gemini rising too and love to learn new words.

As for discipline...I have it but I'm so goal oriented that certain things are in queue - this is the primary reason I lend credibility to this sweet science. As a capricorn I can't deny that I'm obsessed with climbing mountains, albeit, modest and hopeful ones.

One thing I notice...a lot of writers have prominent Libra and Virgo, such as Stephen King, and many rappers (lol at that)...I am particularly absent in these...although I have many significant asteroids there such as sapho, vesta, and juno...and they occupy my fifth house of creativity, romance, and fun.

No, according to astro.com Mars is my strongest planet.
No, i don't have a photographic memory.

I was an excellent student, the best in school- until my mother became obsessed with my grades and used to beat me a lot to force me to receive A grades only. In return I became stubborn and a real real bad student.

Strengths: from an academic point of view I am good in anything except Algebra and science (I think so; my best friend's of the opinion that I am good in Algebra and Science if I want). I quickly learn and understand but I lack focus and it's easy to distract me. And I need to analyze an issue from every side- I meed time to penetrate things with my mind. I am in best condition when I am interested and I am interested in: fairy tales, cultures, history, literature and sociology

I did several iq tests: the results ranged between 100 and 135

Very interesting. Mercury makes a square to my mid heaven but that's it.

As for everything else. Communication has played a big role since I was young. Always showed symptoms of ADD and my teachers would always tell my parents how inquisitive I was and still am

I'm an information junkie lol

Sorry for the late response. But yeah my Sun is Quincunx my Uranus by a degree. Uranus is also my ruling planet with the Sun short second so I guess it's boosted even more.

Mercury is in my 7th house

I also have my asc conjunct my NN

I like writing short stories (I neglected it though). I would always get high grades for them at school and people seemed to enjoy them. Once my teacher held my work like the bible and said "he would keep it for the next generations" I remember it was a Greek myth invented by me.

I have:
Scorpio 3rd house with Pluto
Sagittarius Mercury sextile Moon
packed 5th house with Sun-Neptune
Virgo rising

I'm sooo happy! I mean, cappy.

Wow Cappy that is very great compliment from a teacher; I could see why though; you have to be creative to invent a greek myth. Makes me think of Game of thrones!

hahah the sag mercury explains your straightforward style which I do that too as a sag riser.

Nice Aspects! I tend to get a long well with virgo risers.

My love of writing comes from

-Mercury closely conjunct Venus (love of writing)and Arachne (weaving a web of intrigue), Wisdom (knowledge), Abundantia (in abundance), Rana (love of knowledge) and Varuna (competence) in the 1st house.

- Mercury (writing/communication) opposite moon (instinct) and neptune (imagination) square Saturn (discipline),Tyche (luck) and Sapientia (knowledge) .

-Moon/neptune is also conjunct Biblialexa (reading, writing, books, libraries or archives; well-read, reading books, bookish) and Probitas (authenticity) and it is at the apex of a yod with sun (identity) and jupiter (blessings/talents).

- North Node in Cancer (intuitive) the 3rd house (writing) sextile mercury/venus and trine moon/neptune.

- Lots of planets in mercury ruled Virgo - including Mars, Uranus, Pluto and Vesta (some in the 5th house).

- Ascendant conjunct fixed star Schedir which rules Astrology, mysticism, writing; serious demeanour combined with joie-de-vivre.

- Sun in (mercury ruled) Gemini

- PALLAS (disciplined but creative mind)conjunct ELATUS (creative writing)conjunct IRIS (intuitive mind) in exact trine with Jupiter (blessings/talents) and exact sextile to sun (identity/aspirations).

Wow

my friend has a libra stellium incl. Mercury as well in the 10th. She writes speeches and reports, things like that. She said she does not want to write novels and says she lacks fantasy and just does not feel attracted to do that. I never understood that. Have you any further indicators that prove your writing talent, I mean that you are destined to write novels?
