I see you have a packed mercury with lots of aspects, how nice and this in combo with mercury in libra gives you a flair for words since mercury is disposited by venus. I'm getting better at other forms of writing, but poetry, written in the confessional style, is my strongest art...it's my true creative calling! Sometimes, I like to write drafts for novels too. They're mainly science-fiction with realistic/humanistic elements, slice of life stories, etc. I like to incorporate existentialism and coming of age themes into my writing as well. But again, I do have a much more difficult time with fiction writing, since I switch from project to project easily. Natal: Mercury in Scorpio H11/tr. Saturn in Pisces H3/sq. Mars in Cancer H8. My Mercury is retrograde, so I overthink and internalize things and assess them until they sound good enough to post. I am extremely bothered and nerved by unstructured and unaesthetic writing. I am thinking this a nice placement for making learning a fun and engaging experience; perhaps teachers who joke and are more flexible in letting students chose the angle and topic of interest to work in depth with; I would think such teachers would be more open to individual differences in interests and learning styles and nourish that etc... Or it could represent a true passion for writing; since leo is involved you both write bc is fun and enjoyable and it will give you creativity and dramatic a flair. Nice. I guess the only thing would be discipline like the article mentions which is usually brought to you by Saturn but high motivation can replace a lack of saturn in the chart perhaps. IP: Logged

I actually remember my 8th grade Social Studies teacher being a bit like that, and naturally everyone appreciated him for it. He made learning fun and liked to joke a lot. I've been popular in fanfiction and even won more than one (and one sent me a pin as a prize once). Sometimes I feel as if the story is channeled through me, that is like someone is using me to write the story. I also think current positions have an affect. Virgo is 6th house cusp. Mercury is Libra intercepted in the sixth house. It conjuncts Venus which is also Libra and the chart ruler. Mercury opposes moon and chiron and north node in the 12th house. My fifth house has three planets in it-four if you count Pluto which is sitting right on the cusp on the 5th and 6th house, but reads as sixth. Leo is on the 5th house cusp. I write fiction. I hated them when I was younger but now that I'm more focused I would LOVE writing research papers. I have Virgo IC and naturally have a critical eye which comes in handy in that environment. When it comes to writing, I have great difficulty in remaining true to any sort of ideas for more than a few a days - so at the moment I'd struggle to write more than a poem. But one thing that does happen frequently is this weird intuition or image of people speaking and saying things a certain way. I often get these intuitions after exercising or randomly. It feels like being struck by lightning because it's sudden and quick and almost impossible to hold on to. I see people saying things in the best of ways. I imagine what they wear, and how they are saying things that are generally considered cliche in themselves, but in unique and strange ways. For instance, I'd imagine a cool cowboy/gunslinger/anti-hero saying to a villain, "pardon me if I take your life, sah, but I serve the reaper well." Or a woman saying to a man, "I love you more than the promise of eternal dawns." Just random things mostly.... The same happens for songs about stories, chorus lines, and what not... I have mercury conjunct uranus in sagitarius and it aspects everything quite badly except for a sextile to venus in aquarius conjunct the mc and a mercury/uranus trine lilith in aries in the 11th.... It squares my moon in pisces and it is opposite my ascendant.... "I oft' wonder, kiddenz, what good it does me to say a thing well if saying itself is pretty worthless in a sayless land and I lack the patience to write it." That is why I always say jupiter is my chart ruler but like you mercury rules my sun. And since mercury is in libra that means mercury is disposited by Venus which is in your 5th and aspects all the other planets mercury touches so that is pretty neat. It explains why writing is a hobby and demonstrates artistic talent for it I would think add some nice grounding saturn aspects to give you discipline and I think you can be a writer career wise.
