It is definitely an Aries thing! I didn't used to curse, almost at all in the past, now I do it very frequently. I try to refrain myself with certain crowds, but meh, it's part of who I am now. @aquascorpleo Welcome to Lindaland!  Don't be shy, show us more!  @Birdsong and Socialgraffiti

Faith, my microphone wasn't working either, but I didn't let it stop me, as you can see. I recorded myself on my phone - idk what phone you have, but I couldn't upload it directly to vocaroo from my iPhone (maybe you can), so I sent it to my email, then switched to a desktop pc, downloaded it there and uploaded it on vocaroo. It might sound tedious, but we're all waiting to hear what YOU sound like! ------------------

^ Birdsong - I am, most of the time. It's really weird though if I get around someone who's equally as energetic as me, then I quiet down, but around a quiet person my energy level goes up up up! I think that's an 11H rebellious quirk but I am still investigating.IP: Logged |

I didn't expect that, but I guess I do. I have another issue I just thought of and I have no idea where in the natal chart one could get this from.  I actually have to be careful when hanging around certain people because I absorb other people's accent, dialect, etc. It's quite annoying and embarrassing. For example, when I used to watch Frazier, I started talking like Daphne. Also, after I watch Mindy Project, I catch myself speed talking like Mindy. They are really uplifting.Dancing Maenad: your voice is friendly (and super cute), but I can still hear that assuredness and certainty in your voice. There isn't whatsoever a shyness or insecurity. You speak so comfortably and this is something I've always envied about Aries Mercury especially! Faith: You have to make it happen, as "tedious" as it may be! Hahaha my Gem moon is too excited and curious now, it won't back down!!! Aqualeoscorp: Welcome to LL! Your voice reminds me a little bit of Geeky's voice. Very uppity, whimsical even... You sound like you've had etiquette coaching (that's a compliment). That Leo is also very apparent in your voice, since it's loud and vibrant! Socialgraffiti: I really like your voice. There's so much feeling in your voice. You take your time and you are very precise. Almost like you select your words with care. There's also a "darkness" to your voice. I think the sq Pluto gives me voice a magnetic power. Usually, I'm extremely careful how I speak and come off but this is why I said it's best to be as natural as possible and that's how all the "insecurity" leeked into my voice and speech while, generally, because I control myself so much, I sound much more intimidating.

Hehe maybe it's the squares to my Mercury and having Mercury in Aquarius doesn't help much either with the strangeness Maybe that's why I find it captivating and you have a cute laugh also lol. very contagious Do you mind posting a pic of you? I just wanted to see if you look like what i've envisioned ?

 Here you go, birdsong. This is the most recent pic I have (taken yesterday). I'd love for you to tell me what you envisioned me to look like. I always found squares to Mercury the most interesting, especially the way it affects the rational mind and in turn how that affects self perception. Also thanks for the compliment on my laughter. I got in so much trouble in high school because of it. OMG I just saw it on my laptop the pic is HUGE LMAO!!!! Thank you so much, curly hair is so difficult to maintain sometimes ugh. I do speak with my hands a lot and I have the habit of always touching the people I'm talking to, even people I'm not too close to so that can be uncomfortable for some people I guess and I have to be extra careful when I'm talking to professors, for example. I can be quite an animated speaker when I'm excited especially because my Gemini moon is in the 5th house. I can also be rather dramatic sometimes. What about you?

What's your sun? You sound just like my Libra cousin. Edit: BTW, I really like your talking voice & singing voice. Your normal talking voice is not harsh, intimidating or overpowering to me at all. It sounds very confident and clear. I don't think it's that deep either... you sound very feminine to me. You'd make a great presenter or public speaker. Maybe even an actress in theater because you could project your voice properly. ------------------
