What would a man with 20 degrees mars in Pisces be like?

But that's prbably why I see and also read about on the internet so many pisces with much stronger signs. Aries, leo, scorpio, aqua, sag, libra. Yes I included libra because if you notice libras aren't passive in thier relationship shop, they just look that way but they're subtly pulling the strings.

No, I did put in the work, it was just that I would only respond when I felt attuned to someone, and if I didn't I wouldn't pursue or entertain that person. I think that's a very Piscean thing - its not that Pisces won't act or is lazy, its just that it chooses to only act when things feel 'right', when it feels strangely connected to someone or in sync with an unseen energy.

And that would often seem strange to other more active signs who like to push through their ideas and goals or work hard to attain them. They're all just different ways of acting in and on the world, none better or worse than another.

All that said, it also takes time for a person to learn how to use their energies appropriately. For example, Pisces can become too reliant on their intuition in circumstances that require a firmer, more grounded approach.

In much the same way that Aries can be too bossy in situations that require tact, or Virgo can get caught up in details when they need to see the big picture. Maturity is simply learning how to use what you've been given for its best purpose, and learning to be flexible in your approaches.
