https://skywriter.wordpress.com/2010/01/16/how-strong-is-your-pluto-here%E2%80%99s-the-score/I came across this blog post and thought it was fun/interesting. Take the quiz and see how strong your Pluto is... I got 37-40...it fell within a range because one of the questions said give give yourself 3 points for any planets in the 8th house...I have lilith there and I'm not sure if that counts... Also I read somewhere that if you have Pluto in the 1st house it's also in the 8th, is this true? if so then then my score is actually 40 Don't peak at the scores ahead of time either IP: Logged |

Ok after calculating this, It's not 80 points lol. I counted all aspects like quincinx and sextile as major aspects.(my lack of reading comprehension)*Pluto trine DSC exact....10(might not count) *Pluto trine Jupiter,Chiron,Opposite Mercury 15 *Pluto quintile Moon(75),Sextile ASC(63),Sextile Neptune(59),Sesqui-Quadrate Mars(134),Quintile Saturn(70)Septile Uranus(53)....12 *GT Pluto,Jupiter/Chiron,DSC(might not count). Mystic Rectangle Mercury,Jupiter/Chiron,Pluto,Uranus/Neptune 10 *Pluto in Scorpio 10 *Venus in 8th 3 I'm not sure this counts either as a major configuration, but Pluto is in a kite with my Mercury,ASC, and Uranus/Neptune GT with ASC sextile Pluto sextile Neptune...5 Thats 60/5 points. Much Better as I don't feel energy in myself, but I love Plutonian men. IP: Logged |

Yeah... I don't consider myself jupiterian but stellium in 9th makes my score really high. @OP: I'm in the 30s range as well

I can't imagine what 80 points would be like...even in the 30's range The God of the Underworld's power shows up strongly in my nature...intensity, possessiveness, obsessiveness, all of that is the norm for me IP: Logged |

I took this test but its strange because I am highly Pultonian and scored high but I thought Uranus was going to be my most strongest planet since I relate so much to my Aquarius Moon and I have planets aspecting Uranus. Even though this test says I score highest to Pluto, I still feel Uranus all the way :-)=eccentric, rebellious, nuts!!! I think in a scientific, rational way not emotional. IP: Logged |

Well Pluto is also known for it's subtlety, so even if you don't forcefully feel it's effects chances are they are still working very powerfully behind the scenes...I would think that's especially the case for a 12th house Pluto...you sort of see it's effects out of the corner of your eye, in your periphery...my Venus in 12th works that way and I'm just now starting to see it's effects play out in my life more. As far as Pluto's power I KNOW of it's intensity and I seek it out often. I need that full on 8-cylinder gusto, (brings out the best in me) and fortunately my Virgo sun keeps all of this turmoil beneath a granite-like composure IP: Logged |

My score is around 55 ish or so. However I don't feel Plutonian even though I have Sun conjunct ASC in Scorpio. LOL. I would say my heart is a Scorpio but the wiring of my brain is an Aquarius LOL.IP: Logged |

@PixieJane you have a real knack for satire, half the time I wasn't sure whether to laugh or to be awed...generally it was an amusing mixture of both, not an easy feat to pull off...if you don't already have one you should think of getting your own blogNow here's the thing, Pluto's calling card is transformation and regeneration. Given the wealth of experience you have under your belt I can't see how you walked away from any of those experiences being the same as you were at the start... That's what I'm after...generally the common theme you'll find with Plutonians is they they get shunned or are ostracized in some way, this is because we pierce the facade...people are often content to walk around with their heads in some illusion or another until a Plutonian comes along and ruthlessly shatters this. Being a Plutonian, I wouldn't have it any other way I remember reading another blog, I'm not sure who the author is, but they made an excellent illustration of how Pluto transits work... Picture this... You're hanging upside down, completely helpless, in a room that is completely dark, and you can't see a thing. You are being brutally beaten and just as you thought the pain and despair cannot get any worse... The god of the underworld, Pluto himself, walks in and calmly asks you "would you like it to stop?" You: "yes, make the pain go away" Pluto: "Sure, all I ask is that you give up the one thing in this world that you feel you can't live without. You refuse this. He exits the room and the pain and torture continue relentlessly. This cycle will repeat itself until you release what you have been clinging to so fiercely up until that point. The tighter you cling the bloodier you get Once you finally relinquish control...then he will unhook you and set you straight again. Although you're not quite as you were, if you have the sensitivity and awareness for it you'll be much better off, after all Pluto is also the god of wealth and generally you'll walk away with a treasure of sorts from the experience (this could be confidence, this could be a heightened intensity regarding the area of your life that Pluto was touching, or even a form of spiritual wealth). In any case that wealth is what I'm after; if I go on too long without it, things just deaden around me and I get drained from it. Your stories have a very martial/physical flavor to them...I have the Sun-Pluto sextile so it's more so my personality that embodies that power...although my Cap Mars is sextile my Scorpio ascendant so make of that what you will Either way here's to the Plutonians...the world would simply be dialed down a notch or two without us. I got 32, if I count my sn in scorpio as 3 pts it would be 35. I am very plutonian when you think about it lol, but it's very sublte people don't notice it. You would have to look at my chart carefully to see it but it's there and it's strong .IP: Logged |

Quite. You're very insightful. And I'd need to recalculate my Pluto score from the site as I don't recall it off hand, however Pluto in Libra here, and astro.com calls it my dominant planet. IP: Logged |

I get 55 points. I like what you've written and it shows you have insight and that you payed your dues to Pluto. It took me a Saturn return to realize, but i do not think me and Pluto are through with each other yet. IP: Logged |

33 but maybe 35 if I counted 8th house vertex. Yes, think I'm middle - Scorpio lenses as a rising but not at the core, I can hold my own with plutonians for a time and understand them at the edges, have a craving for transformation and destruction but don't appreciate the depths it goes to. I've experienced that torture scene lol it's probably worse to be middle as low won't get hooked into Pluto or will ride it and high Pluto will dive right in.IP: Logged |

I've changed a lot over the years, many times over. It's kind of funny to think about, I believe my 15-year-old self would be very surprised with where and who I am today while also pleased (as long as she wasn't too aware of the tragedies ahead anyway) but my 17-year-old would be less surprised yet also call me a sell out who then resolved to never become me (and would probably succeed somehow). I think my Scorpio Jupiter (and other Scorpio energies including on the Libra stellium--including Pluto--on the Scorpio cusp) pull me to transform as well. And I'm endlessly fascinated by the transformations of others as well (at least when they're genuine, there are plenty of faux transformations out there in which only a cosmetic change is made)...even in fiction (my own or someone else's) I'm drawn to stories of change for better (such as the villain who changes and seeks genuine redemption) and worse (the once idealistic and honorable who are slowly--and believably--corrupted or become antiheroes if not outright villains), but it's the journey of transformation that draws me rather than the transformation itself (I can't stand the lazy plot devices used to instantly change someone that are too common in TV shows). Darn it! I remember someone making a post about this months ago and I was gonna post it here but can't find it. 😑 Although I scored really high, I don't like these tests. They're too vague and don't take into account the things they should. By definition the Plutonians would be those with Pluto in their 1st house. And by the way welcome to LL IP: Logged |

61 pts without counting the bonus part. I think this test needs to work on its weighing system.I know Pluto's influence is strong in me. It doesn't show though. I carry a very strong Taurus Ascendant energy. Jupiter in the 1st house and Venus in Libra/6th(daily interactions, right?) make me seem very very lighthearted in daily encounters. Sprinkled with Mars in Aries impulsive energy. Think of Chris Traeger from Parks and Rec and you have a good idea of how I come off at work. But those that get to know me, or have more perceptiveness built into their chart catch on to that Pluto energy. Sun in Scorpio conjunct Pluto and Merc opposite Ascendant, Pluto minor aspect to MC 8th house stelium of Moon, Saturn, and Uranus in Capricorn 8th Saturn rules my Cappy MC so that probably makes a big deal too Actually didn't realize how much Pluto fiddled with my chart until this test IP: Logged |
