Simple Astrological Ways To Figure Yourself Out ( Without Therapy)—-Part Four–Chiron’s House

I think there is a simple ways to figure out oneself (as well as anyone else in whom one has interest). One must have an accurate birth time. If one does not have that, this will not work. It is the House of Chiron. People get upset that something as simple as this can help us find birth time. The chart can be simple in certain matters. One matter is one’s House of Pain. If a client does not have pain in the House in which Chiron resides, I venture that they have the wrong birth time.I think Chiron is a very, very powerful planet, by house. Sign is of lesser importance.

I think each person knows his place of pain.If one gets quiet and plumbs one’s depths, one will come up with a sphere of life that just plain hurts. The Chiron wound never leaves. People fight me on this and tell me I am negative but I am true to the myth. I think we take the Chiron pain to death. I hope I am wrong. I seem to be taking mine to death. At any rate, for the newest newbie, he can look at the Chiron glyph and he can see the core wound of any native. Of course, he can see the core wound of himself. Write and tell me what you think.

Ami,
Holy crap! You just helped me realize something. I think I do have the wrong birth time. The descriptions for chiron in the 6th never matched me. So I toyed with my birth time and my chart makes alot more sense to me with chiron in the 5th.

YES Thank you AG. Chiron is a total gold mine for finding birth time. I will go out on a limb( I always do )

The Birth Time is wrong if Chiron does not fit.

This is a strange one. I may have an article on it, W, and I will put it up if I do.

This native seems to deny his pain and may get angry/hostile/defensive when others show pain in a strong way.

I have seen that many times. It may TRIGGER them and they don't know what to do with that trigger.

Chiron in the 12th would be pain hidden from the person and hence this phenomena, I think.

Is this yours? Do you relate?

The trigger would be a subconscious trigger, to a large extent, so if you asked the person if they did this, they would say no, in my experience with this placement

I think so. I know what my pain is, but I do deny it a presence in my life, and when others talk about it I act like it doesn't get to me...like it's all in the past, even though it has a profound affect on my life. I do get mad when people express their pain (at least too often) because I just feel if I can handle it, they should be able to as well.

My moon in Sagittarius makes it even more so. When people bring up certain painful parts of my past, I have a small reaction. I will just say, "yeah, it's whatever." Or "I hate him." And leave it at that. Then people just say they're sorry they brought it up.

YES

Venus in the 12th seems like it fits. Chiron in the 5th would be pain with romance

Also, the angst you have shown on here is the SAME angst I have with my mother--Chiron in the 4th.

It is classic Chiron to me, AG dear.

How much did you have to change the time? What else changed?

Stick up your new chart and your old one, too, so we can look!

Well Ami,
My chiron is in cancer, so I guess that lines up with chiron in the 4th somewhat. The reason I know chiron is in the 5th is my bad luck with love and the fact that my talents were not encouraged when I was a child. It just makes alot more since than chiron in the 6th. Plus Venus in the 12th makes more sense too. I adjusted my birthtime by about 15 minutes to get my new chart.

If I adjusted the time a little more Uranus would move from the 11th to the 10th.

OH!

I understand now... Kind of mucks up that Venus conj. NN mission though...

Well, only a couple more years until pVenus returns to conjunct nVenus (Rx) so there's still hope...

You know where I have it, Ami, so I think you also know how I feel about it & how it plays out.

Chiron on the MC and in the 10th house. Whenever I'm in pain about anything, or feeling insecure, it always shows. Even a complete stranger on the street can tell, apparently (took me long to realize and more importantly, accept). I have it in sensitive Cancer, so that only makes its influence even stronger. Jupiter on top of that emphasises my Chiron & Cancery nature, I think. It squares my Ascendant and Descendant, so it also definitely affects the way I'd feel about my body (ASC) and relationships (DSC). Remember, Chiron on an angle affects more than just the house it's in. It's part of a cross.

Basically... it feels like everyone has got it all together, has everything going for them - career, relationship, children, nice house, social life, etc. - and I've only just started with all of that (or it comes and goes in phases). Others often seem to just have it much better than me and asdfghj sometimes that just hurts. Totally a sore spot for me. Plus just seem more successful than me in anything I love/work for - I have to work twice as hard to get even close to their success. People with authority and responsibility often disappointed me when it counted (but that's also reflecting the cr*ppy relationship I had with my dad growing up - also a H10 thing). I've also had some terrible bosses/superiors at work or internships. The way they acted totally stomped right onto those same sore spots 24/7.

I also always get the reputation of being super sensitive, even when I'm very confident about myself. Which is true as an HSP. I'm often the person talked about - and when I wanted to be noticed, I'd get overlooked.

But on the positive side, it's made me a very strong healer. Whether it's through listening, trying to lift someone's spirits (Jupiter here!) or just sharing my own personal experience, hoping someone won't have to go through it alone like I did/make the same mistakes that I did, it just happens naturally and it took me long to realize just how strong of a gift I have. It didn't really do much for me... like, really, I'm just listening to someone crying over their problems, anyone can do that. :| But I'm very patient and I think that's the key for me helping others. And funny thing is: when I reject my Chiron, I suddenly trip over people needing help. Seriously, then suddenly I get my inbox flooded, my phone starts ringing endlessly, I get people stopping my or stopping me when I pass them to ask for help. Can't get around Chiron!

Lol. It's not "just a Centaur" to me. Everyone always talks about Chiron in the romance houses or 11th as so problematic, but on the MC is definitely no joke either! Probably just as strong as my dominant planets (Saturn, Moon, Neptune & Mercury).

Other than that MC-Jupiter conjunction, Chiron opposes Cap stellium, including its dispositor, sextiles Mercury, quintiles my Venus-Juno conjunction, and makes an exact trine to Pluto less than 30 minutes off.

I don't really *get* descriptions of Chiron in Sagittarius, so I can't say if I relate to that with Jupiter in the mix.

My Chiron is in my 8th house.
Not sure what it means, but if that influences emotions and an unwillngness to express how I feel... It makes sense lol.

This one seems to make for the person trying to rise above primal passions in such a way that she may feel condemned when she feels them. I have seen that with clients. They seem to feel guilty for things that are just human.

You feel "comfortable" with pain as if it is almost a natural part of you like breathing. Do you relate?

I have Chiron in the 9th house which oddly, is the only house where it does NOT fit.

I have had (what I believe) is a very traumatic early life and I can relate to Chiron in any other house other than H9.

What on earth do I make of that?

Edit - My Chiron is conjunct MC. (9 & 15 degrees, Taurus)

Did you move to a far away place and have a lot of trauma with that, G?
