I am terribly social, but the people I call my friends are few. I am very active in non-profit and humanitarian aid work. I was literally educated and raised by the people in the organization I serve today. So yeah friends, charity (women and children) are my passions. The link below doesn't really go into Mars in the 11th house, but I put it here because it has Mars in all the houses. Does this interpretation of Mars in the 6th resonate with you? http://www.cafeastrology.com/natal/marsinhouses.html My Mercury and Jupiter are conjunct my Asc. Aries23Degrees told me that that is probably what contributes to my excessive talking- lol
Oh interesting. Do you feel like your Mars in Gemini is most active in the 11th house? Or do you feel the effects of it all the time? Thanks for the link! Yeah I somewhat relate to it, but I'm even more flighty due to having Moon in Gemini as well. It's very internal too. How well do you do when it comes to staying in relationships? Do you get bored easily? Or you like to commit for the long haul? IP: Logged |

I was reading Mars in the 6th house. If we worked together you would want to kill me. I am not organized, and I am not fast. It's hard for me to focus on the monotony for long. When I am posting a bunch on LL, it's because I am working... I am productive, I just need breaks or I'll do something crazy. I actually work very closely with a woman who matches the Mars 6H description. Come to think of it, we complement each other nicely. We are a small team of two, and bear full responsibility for our actions and decisions. We quickly learned to hold tight to each other and try to appreciate what the other brings. She is definitely the details person, and I am the creative- think outside the box- person. It's always easy to appreciate the details person in business (everything quickly falls apart without them), but she makes me feel so good when she comes to me for the ideas. I'm good at cleaning up messes too. She'll send me an email and say, 'can you work some of your magic' So you know I'm in love-lol, jk. Mars is sextile my first house planets, Merc. and Jupiter, and trine Pluto in 3H, square Saturn in 2H, opposite Neptune in 5H. There are some other (minor) aspects like semi-sextile Venus in 11H. I can relate to all of the descriptions of these aspects, but I feel it the strongest (or realize it) in aspect to Mercury, Pluto, and Neptune. In 11H Mars works very well for the non-profit work I do. I love fundraising. Also that purposeful work ignites my drive, and I am suddenly organized and focused and everything I am not at work. And I still get to be the ideas person- one of many I have read how Mars in Gems behave in relationships. I am very playful and flirtatious (even with women...)in my friendships. So I do recognize that Gem Mars energy mostly in my 1H (aspecting Merc) and 11H (charity and friends), and in the sexual part of my serious relationships. Mars is square Neptune in 5H, and Neptune is my 8H ruler. I have some serious and intense sexual issues that I haven't quite figured out. I bring the intellect and calculation, fun and play into sex. I can go fantasy and/or fun, but there is also something else. I like dark scary things too. I dream about losing myself in sex. The little death the French compare orgasm to- I want that and the "fear" (stacking, really) that comes before it... I can give and enjoy almost anything. But getting what I want is harder. I am a tough combination of lighthearted fun on one hand, and depth and complexity on the other. It's easy to inspire curiosity, excitement, appreciation, even gratitude in me, but it's hard to make me happy. So I never get bored. I just always get disappointed. I don't relate to the word bored at all. I've never met a boring person. Some people just require you to slow down. I can do that. If they let me in I can slow down, because I just engage my mind in a different way. If a slow person won't let me in- Forget it. Do you actually truly get bored in relationships? I really wonder if that is the word that is be used because we can't think of a better word. IP: Logged |

Haha it's ok I actually work really bad in the beginning...If it's a new job I'm always nervous about every little thing and then of course that causes me to mess up. There's always communication issues between bosses. But after being there for awhile, I get very comfortable. Taurus rules my 6th though so it takes me time to get situated in a work environment. This makes me self-conscious b/c employers always like the quicker people, but it is what it is. I'm sure we would work great together though..!! Beast mode I'm pretty mutable so I can work w/ pretty much anybody and surprisingly, have a lot of patience in the workplace. Hmm yeah I can't relate to what you said about sex - Well I relate to everything we talked earlier about our VIEWS on sex, but I think what we WANT is totally different. So you have Pisces in your 8th? I have Scorpio in 8th but Chiron sits in it so...I'm supposed to have repressed 8th house sexual issues Funny how aspects and house rulers change the game a lot. Well yes, nobody is every boring. Everybody has something great to offer. But yes, the RELATIONSHIP does get boring to me. I guess what I meant is, the "spark" goes away. My attraction level to people just...diminishes (or basically always changing, but eventually goes away) I know that all relationships has ups and downs and it's always honeymoon phase in the beginning but for me, it's like someone turned off a switch in my mind and the person is no longer desirable. As friends, yes, but not romantically. Then I have to leave. Weird o.O IP: Logged |

Moon and mars in Gemini in 11th- every relationship I've had, prior to the one I'm in, I've broken up with them as I've got too bored. Admittedly now I do miss that excitement when you first meet someone and get to know them, the chase and subsequent liaisons. I loved the build up, the mental rapport (aqua venus), the verbal sexual tension but as soon as they pulled out the 'L' word I lost that excitement- it's kind of like I conquered this challenge, next... it was fun at the time though 😎 IP: Logged |

Arachne18, are you a man? Our Gem Mars brothers have a reputation for being devastatingly sexy and popular with the ladies...and also being players. It doesn't sound like you intend to play anybody. this is just how things work for you right now...IP: Logged |

No I am a female. I guess my above post made me sound a wee bit like a player huh. I don't think I "played" any of my ex's & I have had some wonderful long term relationships and some I did love, but can't say I was ever "in love" with any of them. Normally around the 9 month mark (not sure why) my physical interest in them would wane, but I would never let on.In my 20s I decided to stay single for a while and it was in this time I did all my wild experimentation (it was great ) I also decided in this time I wasn't going to get married nor have kids BUT this all changed when I met my hubby. ah, ok, so you're a woman. I was wondering because I have met some men who were labelled "players", but when I talked to them, they were just misunderstood. Really every decision they made could be explained and understood. I hope I didn't offend you. IP: Logged |

Correction, it's Mars Opposite Neptune, and yeah, I'm pretty sure it really switches things up when it comes to what I want in a sexual relationship.
