No my Neptune is closer to the cusp of the second house but still in the 1st. It T-squares Aquarius moon and Leo venus in the 4th/10th.

My first house ruler (Pluto) is in Virgo in the 11th house.

No idea what any of that means.

The houses got me thinking and

Aqua 4th house
11th house libra

Could explain why I like softer looks than I assoc with Uranus except when unintentionally expressing it.

But I was looking for Neptune influence as I'm drawn to and have bought a lot of Neptune type clothing although rarely actually wear it. And the only thing other then it conjuncts my moon is Scorpio asc and Uranus is in Pisces decan.

Jupiter /juno/ Lilith/Persephone/ House/saturn /sun -conjunct Ac (less than 2degree), also Aphrodite and pluto in first house.

The way I dress depend largely on my mood . If I prepare the dress from evening , I might not wear it in the next morning .

In my work hour , I dress more practical style i.e. earth tone , black, white . The shoes must be the good one that bright up the whole outfit.

In leisure time , I love the casual pastel colors with sophisticate design . I collect the designer cloth, handbags, shoes , watches . It doesn't have to be the high price .

1st house ruler(Pluto) in 11th house is the pledge house/fraternity/sorority/soccer team/fan club association/political affiliate placement.

My ex had the ruler of the Asc also in the 11th. He was a group guy(I mentioned this somewhere on the thread).

Now the ruler of the 5th(Neptune)-as I am assuming you have Scorpio Rising, is on the cusp of the 1st and 2nd.

If Neptune applies to the 1st, this should suggests that you express yourself and find joy in dressing up. For you it could be a reacreational activity(ruler of 5th in 1st)

You attract potential suitors(5th house romance) through the way you look/dress.You dress to attract attention etc.

If in the 2nd, this recreational attitude is applied to making money or buying tangibles.

So you may enjoy shopping,buying things or you may enjoy making money/working.

There could be a connection between making money and utilizing your creative abilities.Or it could also mean that love affairs help to build your self esteem and sense of self worth.

I call this placement the type of placement that will wear a necklace/scarf ,bracelet or piece of clothing that previously belonged to someone special-as part of the outfit.

Usually a family member that one was close to.They keep them alive by wearing a piece of their clothing.

Usually this position also suggests that culture,upbringing plays a huge role in how we present ourselves.

Some even go as far as preferring "classic" clothing to modern attire. The bygone era of Jean Harlow,Greta Garbo and the like may appeal.Vintage is appealing.

I think ,I am very picky about how I look and dress and it's not only from my first house planets or asteroid because most of them ruled relationship but the libra sun and leo venus make her choices .

I tend to be dressed in a neat and tidy way. I dont wear bright clothes, or prints. I like blues, purples, reds and blacks. I have venus conjunct mars in leo in my 10th house. I really like to get dressed up but I'm actually quite self conscious about the attention it brings, I have a more understated look. However I do have people complain to me that I wear dark clothes all the time. My makeup is quite subtle and I'm fussy about my hair.

I would have said this doesn't relate but when my grandma passed I was surprised I felt very attached to a set of pearls left to me. Another time when broken hearted I did like wearing an ex's clothing. I don't feel this too strongly though, it doesn't feel exactly part of my nature but I really liked how a character in a film wore his mothers broach, also the same scenario in a book. It just feels one removed from me somehow.

My mum never showed much flesh - few in my family do and neither do I. A lot less than others do. That feels like my upbringing and culture.

I like the fabrics but probably mostly if vintage a kind of 50s style. I like burlesque too just to contradict the no flesh rule.

I do like a mix like one outfit I saw was sugar pink silk, chiffony dress but with a bright Fluoro yellow belt that looked like an aeroplane seat belt. So yes new and old together. Or very sequinned / tulle skirt with a slogan tee. That's me trying to make something understates like my family but also trying to *do* fashion.

Is the Scorpio cusp in the 3rd or 4th house cusp?

If in the 3rd. The ruler of the 3rd house (Pluto)cusp in 1st suggests someone who likes to keep up with trends.

If in the 4th.The ruler of the 4th house(Pluto) in 1st likes to dress to reflect the way that they have been brought up/what was deemed acceptable by cultural standards.

Ruler of the 1st house(Venus) in 10th suggests someone who dresses to "stand out" in a way. This is not the "flashy" type of dressing, but the individual usually appreciates being known as someone with good taste.
