You are SO right. It was a clumsy analogy. Really inexcusable. quote: Originally posted by Lonake: If you say "your theory" people might get excited
A thousand pardons, I misspoke. I never anticipated people getting excited; perhaps I just assumed people would know it wasn't MY theory, as I clearly posted the author of the study and took no direct credit for the information. I thought, in context, it would be apparent that I was saying "my" as shorthand for, "This is 'my' thread" (and we could debate about the appropriateness of claiming possession there, too, I guess) "and this is the theory I would like feedback on." Furthermore, let me clarify that usually I am just goofing around with I'm so cappy, saying whatever crazy nonsense pops into my head, and actually don't expect other people to read into it. I enjoy a bit of freedom this way, rather than always having to be strictly literal out of fear of being misunderstood...though it's partly others' own fault, I think, if I post the author name and the article very prominently and then they think I am trying to take credit for writing and developing the whole shebang. quote: Originally posted by Lonake: A quick search of the archives here shows this topic mentioned previously, Astrologer Degree
Oh thanks, I should have done that, too. Full of errors, aren't I? Thanks for your opinion on the rest of it.

I just saw this. I have Mars at 11 Virgo, no wonder I'm into astrology! It falls into my 8th or 9th house, depending on the house system.IP: Logged |

Moon conjunct Neptune, Venus in the 12th. Saturn conjunct Uranus around the 0 Capricorn (Aries point)... Urania conjunct Uranus. Nodal axis along 10-11 Virgo-Pisces. Nothing around 27 Leo Sag but interestingly the composite ascendant descendant with my partner falls there and I got into astrology when getting to know him...Progressed Jupiter Rx, 28 Taurus. I guess it's square that axis. Progressed Sun 19 Sag, when I came out professionally it was probably at 18... 17 degrees Pisces Ceres.

Read the article and decided to note these placements in my chart. Moon in Gemini in the 8th Venus at 28 degrees Aqua 11th House ruler direct (I have no retrograde planets) Uranus is my final dispositor in Aquarius Uranus Trine Vertex Uranus in the 4th house conjunct Sun. Also conjunct Neptune and Mercury if you use wide orbs and allow for the conjunction to IC to emphasize this conjunction. Saturn conjunct Descendant at 27 degrees Aries in the 6th. Mercury in the third conjunct Neptune exact and Sun in Aquarius. Urania aspects: Urania in Scorpio in the second Sextile Mercury (dissociate) Square Venus Semi-Sextile Mars (dissociate) Quintile Uranus Conjunct Chiron Semi-Sextile Ascendant (dissociate) Parallel Mercury Good enough indicators to identify me as an astrologer lol ------------------ Aquarius Sun, Merc, Venus, Uranus, Neptune Scorpio Mars conj. Asc in First 8th House Moon opposite Pluto, Trine Uranus Have you caught onto the predicament I'm in yet? IP: Logged |

Very interesting. My Mercury in Virgo is at 12 degrees, currently located in my 7th house. (House placement could change with rectification, but that's what I'm going by at the moment.) My Mercury is trine Uranus, Neptune and Saturn and squares my Moon. It's also conjunct my Sun and Venus (the ruler of my 2nd). My Draconic Chiron is at 18 degrees Virgo. My Draconic Saturn is also at 12 degrees Pisces and located in the 12th house. While I wouldn't classify myself as an astrologer, it's certainly interesting to think about. No quoting please.
