Yeah, for those that don't know.
Rahu/ketu is the Vedic astrology names for the nodes. I also have sn in Taurus 8th.
I know, but I really can't think of how to sum it up.
I can only suggest the book, "Astrology for the Soul" by Jan Spiller.

Scorpio traits lead the native to struggle much more to overcome the challenges that Nodes give.. For example, I was told that Taurus North Node in 2nd house people are just constantly naturally given job opportunities and other opportunities to generate income, while Scorpio North Node natives miss out on such opportunities due to investments made in emotional security and similar scorpio traits? One thing I remember reading (Scorpio NN in 2nd house)
Is letting go of stubborn independence. Accepting help and being willing to share finances or taking advice on finances. (Career, selling/buying, etc. Or relying on someone else to split the rent.)
We're very stubborn! We don't like accepting help and are extremely determined to figure it out ourselves. That was one of the things. It fits me. Does it ring true for you?? So we'll actually benefit from not trying to be so stubbornly self sufficient. We hold ourselves back, trying to cling to security and control. IP: Logged |

As I skimmed through the other nodes (reading all of mine REALLY hit the nail on the head!!)
It was almost like, to get the rewards of the house we have to break the negatives of the sign in that house.
Like the node is the wedge and we have to smack it to crack open and get the treasure in the house. But as I read about it, it DEFINITELY related to my whole chart. It was amazing to read. IP: Logged |

Hmm that sounds like south node in Taurus 8th house. Taurus/Earth traits not mixing well together with 8th house themes.
But from my personal observations.. Scorpio traits definitely served as an obstacle factor for those who hold North Node in Scorpio 2nd house.
And in my case.. I have Aquarius north node in 7th house and the book's description of North node in Libra/7th house, I couldn't relate to it much :S But then again, we gotta look at the aspects and degrees too so :S IP: Logged |

I have never felt this way about anything else. Stage and everything related to that always scares the hell out of me but also makes me feel the strongest and experience extraordinary feelings about stage and performing itself. I'm so afraid of that and therefore I'm so energized and powerful doing that. It's much like a drug effect. Well, it's 12th house, people... ...and in my case it's in Leo..  The strongest feelings I've ever felt for my life's experiences.
