Okay I genuinely want to help people. Already there is negativity in this thread. So I have this saved in my notes from a website that I don't remember (you can always google it if you want to see it). I personally believe that there are octaves of expression in astrology. The higher vibration expression shows mature expression, while the lower vibration shows the person needs development. This is very basic as it only talks about signs but it can be applied in many ways, I'm sure we can all get creative here (like saying the expression for Taurus and Libra can all be included as a Venusian thing) 
LOW VIBRATIONS OF THE ZODIAC
Aries – The low vibration of Aries is impulsive, impatient, and has a bad temper. Aries is the most energetic sign, and that can translate to too much energy that leads to being rash, wanting everything right this second, or having a bad attitude.
Taurus – The low vibration of Taurus is lazy, indulgent, and stubborn. Taurus is the most immovable sign, and that can translate to not being willing to change, being inflexible, and never doing much of anything except resisting everything.
Gemini – The low vibration of Gemini is scattered, anxious, and flighty. Gemini is the most mentally-based sign, and that can translate to not being able to focus on anything, being an airhead, and anxiousness from thinking too much.
Cancer – The low vibration of Cancer is moody, sensitive, and antiquated. Cancer is an emotional water sign, and they can turn into the ultimate Crab when upset. Cancer resists change because they want things that are known and comfortable.
Leo – The low vibration of Leo is proud, dramatic, and selfish. Leo is an energetic fire sign, and their love of life can be taken too far and everything becomes a war. Leo puts themselves first, and can be too self-centered.
Virgo – The low vibration of Virgo is anxious, negative, and lacks imagination. Virgo is a practical earth sign, and that can go too far when they don’t know how to think outside of the box or try to see the bright side. Their negativity leads to excess worry.
Libra – The low vibration of Libra is indecisive, superficial, and a pushover. Libra is the Scales, and their ability to see both sides can make them vacillating. They care too much about how they look and come across, and compromise on things they shouldn’t.
Scorpio – The low vibration of Scorpio is obsessive, vindictive, and an emotional roller coaster. Scorpio is the darkest of the signs, and the wrath of the Scorpion is unmatched. They get stuck on the wrong things, and seem out of control emotionally.
Sagittarius – The low vibration of Sagittarius is wandering, noncommittal, and a braggart. Sagittarius doesn’t want to commit to anything and is the Zodiac’s runner. Their answer to everything is to run. They like to talk a big game, but rarely back it up.
Capricorn – The low vibration of Capricorn is tragically ambitious, cold, and distant. Capricorn loves to accomplish, and that can get taken too far so nothing else matters. They can keep loved ones at a distance, and believe you need to earn affection.
Aquarius – The low vibration of Aquarius is impractical, rebellious, and aloof. Aquarius lives for the future, and they don’t understand how to be practical. They can find a way to rebel against anything, and demand you agree with them no matter what.
Pisces – The low vibration of Pisces is unrealistic, vulnerable, and prone to escapism. Pisces is the most sensitive of the signs, and they can be delusional because they want to see the best in everything, but it just leaves them open to repeatedly being victimized.
HIGH VIBRATIONS OF THE ZODIAC
Aries – The high vibration of Aries is pioneering, independent, and enthusiastic. Aries loves to start new things and isn’t afraid of going where others have never gone. They don’t need anyone to hold their hand, and they’re excited by life.
Taurus – The high vibration of Taurus is reliable, hard-working, and focused. Taurus is the one you can depend on, and won’t rock the boat. They work hard for what they want, are patient with results, and nothing can deter them.
Gemini – The high vibration of Gemini is sociable, curious, and fun. Gemini is interested in everything, and they can know a little about a lot, making them interesting and full of good conversation. There’s never a dull moment.
Cancer – The high vibration of Cancer is nurturing, comforting, and supportive. Cancer makes you feel like you’ve found home, and they can step in and be the mother you need. They’re sensitive to your feelings, and try to make you feel better.
Leo – The high vibration of Leo is warm, friendly, and entertaining. Leo can have a larger-than-life personality, and they’re full of laughs. They want to enjoy life as much as possible, and their smile can be infectious.
Virgo – The high vibration of Virgo is organized, practical, and dutiful. Virgo will find a place for everything and keep it there, making for less chaos and more room to breathe. They’ll deal with the little details and daily chores, and they’ll pay attention to everything.
Libra – The high vibration of Libra is mediating, fair, and charming. Libra knows how to get everyone to the table and meet in the middle, and always tries to find a solution that’s fair and balanced. They know how to act in public so everyone likes them.
Scorpio – The high vibration of Scorpio is transformative, determined, and realistic. Scorpio isn’t afraid of change, and wants to make everything a better version of itself. Their will is strong, and they accept reality as it is so they can make it better.
Sagittarius – The high vibration of Sagittarius is happy-go-lucky, philosophical, and worldly. Sagittarius wants to see the best in everything, ever the optimist. They want to learn how others live, and experience the world in new ways.
Capricorn – The high vibration of Capricorn is ambitious, responsible, and mature. Capricorn sets a goal for themselves and will work long and hard to attain it. They know their responsibilities and will take them on fully.
Aquarius – The high vibration of Aquarius is innovative, original, and futuristic. Aquarius looks at problems and finds solutions no one else would think of. They push the envelope and bring us into the future. They are who they are, and they accept that.
Pisces – The high vibration of Pisces is compassionate, intuitive, and spiritual. Pisces is so sensitive to others that they understand many experiences. Their sensitivity can lead them to have a sense of the world beyond what we see.
I wish the explanations were a bit nicer for the lower vibrations, or more detailed for both, but hopefully it's a good start feel free to disagree (with manners) and add your opinions (also with manners)
Remember, acknowledging a problem is a huge step, but acting upon it is even better!
