Many times, the Aquarius Sun wants to be taken as an intellectual powerhouse.

If there was just Leo energy to merge with this, the problem would be that there would be a tendency towards a "my way or the highway" approach.

So the Aquarius would dominate the topics with the Asc in Leo and imposing their thinking on all.

Now as brilliant as the Sun in Aquarius is, this wouldn't sit well with all people. And the regal Leo Asc may be avoided or agreed with just to "keep the peace".

This is not what the Aquarius intends at all. And that is what makes the entry of the beautiful Libra Moon so instrumental in rounding everything off so nicely.

You share your opinion in such a way that it sounds like you are "persuading" others and they end up agreeing with your often far-out perspective.

Your voice is the loudest.Though not to intimidate or scare, but always to persuade.
Most times though, your ideas are quite interesting.

Really? Personally, I don't find Leo Risings to be condescending, lack people skills and manners at all. We are big-hearted, kind, outgoing, noble in character, benevolant and expansive. We might sound 'boastful', but it's just the regal energy of a Leo which exudes confidence.

Found this about the Leo Rising character and this mirrors perfectly with my personality.

No matter their age in real-world terms, Leo rising people are kids at heart. They are fun-loving and warm; generous and spirited.

Indeed, these positions are very attractive as Aquarius lures you in with their far out ideas and "out of the box" approach, whilst the Sun(broad brush) in Libra, makes one easy palatable to others.

I didn't realize this thread comes with a bonus, a lovely surprise.

Everything you've written resonates a lot. Although my mix comes with a twist, Sun-Moon square, so your description would be an ideal me, without the square (most suitable connivance for me), and the flavor of neighboring sings.

I have no trouble attracting people and sometimes much to my annoyance, because I'm more of a loner than I seem to be. I can embody grace, benevolence and also lots of humour, but when I get dead serious, angry even, people don't take me as seriously as I'd like, think that's my "unnatural state", or the other way around. Or there are people that have very high opinion of me, too high, so I purposely act like a fool, just to confuse them. I actually don't care what's people's opinion of me. I've already been a good girl, a nerd, a drunkard, a sl*t, an arrogant annoyance, a nice girl, a bi*ch,.. That's so Aqua, gosh

I do like to be recognized for my good insight, knowledge. When little I've always listened to grown ups conversations, searched for them, now I do tend to preach to my younger cousins, my parent, mates, everybody I guess, so there's my sage trying to gain some influence.

Well said! I feel like everyone focuses on the negative side of Leo Rising because no matter what we do, we do it in a grand fashion. Whether it be something to screw something up royally or something that shows the kind, benevolent heart (because really a Leo Rising will give you the shirt off their back of you need it!) that is truly at the heart of everyone influenced by the Lion. We do it big. The sad part is that most people have an easier time remembering negative things than positive.
