Anyone?? I would love to meet someone else who shares my big 3! Never thought about this.
I once met someone who was born 2 hours after me, but his Rising had progressed to Virgo.

Nice! Me too on the Big 3!

Good idea, thanks. But my Virgo ASC will want my thread to be perfectly complete and I'll have to add a picture... which I'm not fit for right now.

I have...

Scorpio sun
Cancer moon
Aquarius rising

I come across (I think) to most people (when I'm being myself and speaking my truth) as really "out there", sort of a kook. But a sweet kook, I'm told. Everyone says the same thing... sweet. Except for the people who just instinctively don't like me. The Scorpio comes out when someone steps on my toes or tries to take advantage. My temper is scary (that's Mars in the 12th, too). But most of the time I'm just running around and spreading the love.

Gemini Moon lightens up whatever position there is on the Sun. It is actually very handy in this mix.

Scorpio's intense personality is carried through very well by Cap Asc ambitions and follow through; often denoting a purpose driven person. An excellent combo for business.

But both Scorpio and Cap are socially awkward; Scorpio too intense and Cap too austere.

Often this combo is connected with glamorous people that we can see. But for some reason, they are not relate-able and we can't "touch" them.

The Gemini Moon goes a long way in eradicating a lot of that.

So sure, you are ambitious. But its not likely to "take over" your life as this combo suggests.

There is a side to you that really wants to play and is likely to enjoy smoke breaks, tea breaks at the office etc Because it gives you a chance to talk to other people.

I think that this could be an excellent combo for someone who wants to succeed as an influential speaker. Or doing things related to image consulting/ promotions. Cause you really really just want to have lots of fun while climbing to the top.

That Moon gives you the gift of gab. Cap Asc gives you the trustworthy demenor to close off deals and the Sun gives focus and commitment to end goals.

Aries23, thank you so much for taking the time! EVERYTHING you've written resonates a lot with me.

I've had to learn to develop the Gemini Moon with age (as it is nicely squared by Saturn ), and the gift of gab . With all that Saturn/Pluto AND Virgo Venus/Pluto/Uranus (gulp!), it's always about facts and figures, truth and more truth.

But you're absolutely right, I want to have my fun (while working hard), and a friendly, funny chat lightens up every work.I also love (and am very cautious of) the power of the word. Eventually, my NN is in Gemini, and Moon's ruler Mercury is ruler of my 5th, 6th and 8th house and conjunct my Scorpio Sun.

Even now, I'd like to apologize: you described everything so much more eloquently, I hate the limitations of not being a native English speaker.

THANKS AGAIN!

I absolutely co-sign with you about the power & prominence of having a Cancer Moon. Well said, as usual!

My Big 3:
-Libra ASC
-Aries Sun
-Cancer Moon

I've really come to love and appreciate all Three Parts of myself. They each play different roles but are equally important: Aries gives me a very strong sense of self & direction, Cancer adds depth & intuition, and Libra truly balances everything out. It's pretty great!

Aries23, do you have any feedback or observations on my Blend??

I don't think that we can ever forget or underestimate the position of the Sun.

The Sun is really what the individual is all about and what their priorities or dominant purpose is.

Let us not be mistaken or try to downplay its role. The others are there to "serve" the agenda of the Sun.

So sure, the Moon in Cancer may have romantic ideas about home life and settling down etc.

And yes, the Aries Sun can entertain that part of their psyche for a while: playing the besotted Mom/Dad.

But let it be made clear that family is NOT going to the at the top of the Aries Sun's list- Not unless that family assists them in getting to know who they are.

The Aries Sun desires freedom to be, do,have and gravitate towards anything it likes, when it likes-without question.

It is often impatient and can become extremely frustrated with "don"t or "no" opposition from others.

Your Moon disguises this impatience very well and often has others think that you are a sensitive,home-oriented soul;since you "feel" ever so much and can be protective.

That soft part of you is true-most definitely.

But in the same breath, you do feel the "stifling" effect that home has on you. And this is the square aspect between the two energies.

Sometimes you feel a sense of obligation towards nurturing and building relationships.

And yet another strong part of you wants to break free from any kind of imposition and be your own boss.

But all this happens within you and with the elegant and poised Libra Asc,few are wiser to the inner turbulence that this emotional obligations vs personal freedom dilemma presents to you.

So often you find yourself apologizing for who you are. But at other times wondering why?

This chasm is made worse if you enter into relationships early- perhaps with the promise of appeasing the romantic Asc and amorous Moon?

Then those relationships start to "dictate" to you in some way and you find yourself not agreeing and being extremely defensive towards those that are in them with you.

This is not by mistake. You will always be called back to your own intention, your own ambitions and own path- no matter how afraid you may be of disappointing others.

The Sun wins out. And you may feel at odds with those whom you care for or are in close relationships with, when its 'selfish' or "self-centered" ways do.

Be kinder on yourself and don't beat yourself up because of that.

Hey you.

You have no Earth whatsoever? What about planets in Earth houses?

I definitely like having Earth influence but in my case I think it's a bit too much, ha. I have a Fire void and that one is really frustrating.

Haha, thanks.

Do you think a 1° orb for Regulus is alright? My Moon is 1° Virgo and from what I understand, Regulus is at 0° Virgo. *shrugs* Not sure about the meaning of a Moon/Regulus conjunction anyway.

How do you experience your Big 3? Do you feel a clash between all those energies?

My Sun & Moon actually don't square in my chart. Thank goodness!

You're absolutely right that I need to be my own Boss. I'm the Captain of my own ship and I do my best "work" when left alone without interference! True. Add to that, I also have Pluto in the 1st House.

My Libra ASC makes me a team player, though. So I try to be considerate of BOTH myself and others. I do not feel "stifled" by my Cancer Moon or its gift for nurturing. I actually enjoy bonding with and doing things for others *AS LONG* as I'm appreciated and not taken for granted!! if anything, my ASC gets in the way of my agenda moreso than my Moon - but I only feel "stifled" maybe 20% of the time anyway.

I'm so grateful that I did not enter into an early marriage or become the type to jump from relationship to relationship. I agree with you that would have been disastrous for me!

I went through that "apologizing for who I am" debacle very early on in my life - wasn't fun. So by the time I was 18...I knew better. And so I did better! I stand very strong in my Arian power and I also embrace the added emotional strength of my Cancer Moon.

Again, the Libra ASC is what can get tricky for me on occasion. But overall, she balances me out. So, yeah. LOL.

So once my particular "Big 3" has evolved...how does all this come together in your view?

I appreciate your encouragement and insight, Aries23!

Maybe I haven't paid enough attention reading through this thread, but I don't think anyone here has mentioned my combo yet.

Libra Ascendant (Venus conjunct Juno in Virgo, 12th house)
Leo Sun (11th house)
Capricorn Moon... conjunct Neptune, IC, Saturn and Uranus as a stellium. Specific, I know, I just feel like I can't leave this out as it modifies my Moon's expression a lot. My Moon is in the 4th house.

Edit: Oh, and chart ruler trines my Moon, while my Moon squares my ASC. If that matters.

I think that once you have found a way to channel your Moon successfully, the ambitions of the Sun become that much more obvious.

You will focus much less on how you are perceived by others and more on yourself.

This is not to say that you'll become an a**. But that you would have found a way to navigate towards your own path in a manner that precludes feelings of guilt or letting someone down.

You have a lot more people on your side than you think. And they really do wish you well.

But you must just accept that there will always be that side of you that cannot be "tamed". Not in the strict sense of the word.

Asc in Pisces often seeks isolation or solitude. And this could easily be confused with Scorpio's need for privacy.

Do you find yourself daydreaming a lot? Perhaps even in a state of "sleep walking"?

Pisces Asc often takes a passive "watch what happens and seldom take part/ involve oneself in it" view of life.

As Taurus is often on the 3rd house cusp, some can find it strenuous to do things such as engaging in casual conversation with strangers. So they 'conserve' words.

Some others may find that even talking itself is quite the effort;the native often wishes that they could get the maximum result using minimum words etc.

But that Scorpio Moon does help to keep you from falling into ditches or being taken for a ride.

So you can be a lot more vigilant of what is going on around you than the typical Pisces Asc.As you often notice what others miss.

That part of you which I imagine may feel/seem very "hidden",is the comical Sun in Gemini.

The child-like delight of the Sun in Gemini may surprise and startle many who think you "above it all".

You give off such an air of intense purposefulness that people often miss this.

But if they were to truly pay attention, they would notice that you do tell very funny and charming stories- fussing over the comical details of the event in question.

You are not as serious as people think. As its the serious Moon in Scorpio that throws most people off.

Yes I definitely think that the 1* virgo moons we have is triggered by regulus. A 1* orb for fixed stars is good apparently. I found this:

"With Moon: Occult interests, powerful friends, danger from enemies and false friends, gain by speculation, public prominence, great power, honor, wealth, benefits seldom last, violence, trouble and sickness. Make women high spirited and independent. If at the same time the Sun is with the Dragon's Head in Gemini, or Jupiter is in the 10th house in trine to Mars and the Sun is with the Dragon's Head, great preferment even from the lowest sphere to high rank. [Robson*, p.196.]"
Can you relate to it's characteristics?

In terms of the big three, well I find my sun just wants to play and frolick and be jovial. I feel so youthful like I never want to grow old and boring and im in my 30s! I often feel like it's difficult for me to claim responsibility for things in my life. my scorp ASC wants to dig dig dig and married with my moon I become overly analytical and obsessive at times. So there's quite a push/pull happening there.
How does it play out for you?
where is your mars and venus? I have leo mars and cancer venus

Just to see two that match 2 of 3 is pretty awesome!

The odds of matching all three are somewhere in the neighborhood of 1 in 1700!
