In my 20s, my ASC saved me by questing to find answers on the bigger picture, personal improvement, etc. I learned and changed a lot due to my Sag ascendant for the better. That Moon in Aries is the warrior.I get you. It plays the tough guy. But it is also a challenging place for the Moon to be. With the sensitive Sun in Cancer wanting to create a sense of "home". The square sign aspect between the two does tend to make one defensive. Sometimes one is not sure of when/how to let someone into their space- let alone put to rest their fears about needing someone. And perhaps even letting on that they are not as "all together" as may appear. This combo often creates "masculinity" issues for the male: As the internal world is very soft and nurturing(Cancer), yet the external demenour is one that is often combative and confrontational(Aries) So if people dare tease you for that, someone is going to lose a head. Pronto!! But this tough act is often accentuated by "tell it like it is" Sagittarius ascendant. And often people will think you are just cutting with your remarks.(you don't hold back) But as you grow older, Sag Asc can also modify the tense nature of Aries-assuring that you don't get into as many fights. My Moon calms and matures everything in my chart, my saggy is allowed to optimistic but not crazy and my libra is allowed to care about appearances but not superficial or vain...my heart always has to rule me. And it doesn't help that my chart ruler is in its ruling house. I just give off that extremely light-hearted vibe. People seem to see me as "too chill" to be in touch with emotions, or too "flighty" for relationships, when in reality, I'm not. My moon sorta struggles with my ascendant, especially since it's intercepted in the 1st house. My sun and ascendant are a perfect combo, though. My sun loves attention and being a Gemini rising, I easily attract that attention to me without even trying lol IP: Logged

My virgo sun wants to get things done, but my pisces moon drags me down. If I'm being lazy, my brain goes haywire and says that I should be doing something important but I have no willpower to do so. I don't feel like a sagittarius rising at all! I'm very shy and I don't know what to say most of the time. Not sure, but maybe it has something to do with my sun and moon squaring it. There are times that I feel like a sag rising though because I smile in most situations. When I'm talking to a stranger, I feel wrong if I'm not smiling. But only one of them is actually really deep down that sensitive person. My boyfriend always pegged himself as a sensitive guy but his Aries moon really gets in the way of what he pegged himself to be. I am Aquarius, but if I don't actually feel like being an aqua it doesn't really show up in me at all. I think th sun Sign shows up most when adolecscents are try to find themselves and figure out their identities and who they are.
