I've never been to Norway so I have no idea what the dating scene is like there. It's unfortunate that those men can't appreciate such a beautiful woman like you. I asked your venus and mars sign because they indicate relationship needs and how you express yourself them. Mine is a aquarius venus and capricorn mars (I'm very complicated haha). You have very good planetary signs for a venus and mars, I'm not sure why guys aren't as attracted to you as they should be. Maybe it's a pesky transit? [/B][/QUOTE]Aw thank you. Here where i live they do idealise skinny women, us curvy women usually tend to be a "guilty pleasure" instead of being something they proudly like. Like, its two types of men i`ve met, and that`s either men that have only gone for skinny women but for some reason have found themselves to like something about me and i end up being not their "usual" type or its the other type of men that also have only been with skinny women but secretly have had a "thing" for curvy types but never had the chance or whatever to get with one. That aqua venus and cap mars sounds like an interesting and complicated combo, how does it play out in your love life? IP: Logged |

Big breasts, little breasts, 5 foot 1, up to 5 foot 10 in height. My point is that attraction goes beyond all of this anyway. I have a wandering eye, but it in NO WAY means that I want to or would have any sexual contact. It's just looking. There are all kinds of women, and all kinds of men with not only wide ranging physical preferences, but preferences about what's actually important and how important in a potential partner. Also, I agree with Kannon.
Very true and beautifully said. It should be more people like you IP: Logged |

I would also like to toss this one out here... Pluto generations...Pluto in Leo was the era of the pin up girl Pluto in Virgo was the clean cut girl, Twiggy, or the opposite, the hippy chick. Pluto in Libra was the TV star and disco queen Pluto in Scorpio was... Madonna, goth chicks, anything over the top. Pluto in Sagittarius was the fresh, young face girl. Brittany Spears and the like. Pluto is now in Capricorn. Long, lean, good bone structure, etc. (Edit: Also youth or youthful appearance to appeal to older mates. The term "cougar" was coined under Cap Pluto... One way to portray youth is with less curves...) Pluto hits in two waves. The first is when it is actually in the sign. The second is when those born in the sign become the late teens and twenty somethings that had their perceptions formed by having the placement in the natal chart. So, media is portraying the ideals of a mix of Pluto Sag (catering to the young adults) and Pluto Cap (current transit). IP: Logged |

This. Don't beat yourself over what other people think, you are very sexy, and I'm sure there are plenty of men, who adore your physique. I'm an hourglass shaped girl, and even during my skinniest years, I still had breasts and butt. Nothing I can do about it. I lived in a few different countries, and beauty standards vary from place to place. I remember going to Paris for a girly weekend away. I felt sooo overweight, you have no idea I'm 176cm (5'10) tall and weighed 62kg (135lb). For my height, I (thought I) looked slim. I've been to Norway, too (Oslo and Kristiansand), and girls seem to be slimmer, too. Now I live in Latin America. Beach culture is very strong, and people look after their bodies, but... not to be skinny, more like Kim Kardashian and JLo People obsess with gym and excercise hard to have big muscly legs and butts. You know, just be yourself, and don't change for anyone. I, as well as everyone, who saw your photo, think you are gorgeous. You just need to believe in yourself. When guys have been attracted to me and i them i am NEVER their "usual" type bodywise and that has made me want to lose weight. ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ what you said there is IT I think I have a type but in reality I KNOW I don't have a type that has anything to do with physical characteristics. I think magnetism just HAPPENS and that is in the charts and staying together is in the charts but not necessarily the same one. I can say well I prefer this or that but if a girl has psyche on my eros and moon on my Mars all that preference stuff means way less but with out outer to inner planets TO aspects its just sex or even worse a MISTAKE. Yes all men and just as likely all women have some preferences but I doubt they mean as much as we think they do. I can say well skinny girls are easier to eat but that has nothing to do souls matching up. ------------------ -- IP: Logged |

Honestly.. I have a lot of different 'types' lol.. Even though, ironically, some would seem contradicting to those looking on the outside.Honestly.. I think one of the most important things is whether or not the person I am associating with finds themselves beautiful.. Yet, at the same time isn't arrogant. Able to see the beauty in their uniqueness.. Of course, not to say I won't be able to become attracted to someone who doesn't see themselves as beautiful but.. I feel that sometimes, I can kind of feel it when I look into someone's eyes, when they are extremely insecure. And.. To me, that actually even brings me sorrow.. And sometimes, I almost start to feel insecure myself. (not that it is true insecurity.. I feel I sometimes subconsciously take on other's emotions.. Maybe partly to help me relate with them..).. To see that insecurity in their eyes makes me uncomfortable with myself.. Almost as if I partly blame myself for them feeling that way.. And, it also makes me feel sorry for them. And, part of the time, it frustrates me, because I know that when someone is truly insecure, sometimes you can only do so much to help. So.. Really, when someone is insecure, and I can see it (I think the term 'feel it' may be a better way of saying it) in their eyes.. I feel bad. Even if I find them absolutely beautiful physically. Which only really makes things that much more complicated on an emotional level. Because, it's like.. I want them to be able to see what I do.. But, sometimes it is so hard to help them overcome insecurity. I am much more attracted by another person's energy.. Or soul, than by physical beauty. Maybe, that is partly because once you really get into another person's energy, you begin to find that there are consistencies, regardless of where they are in life. (Of course, energy actually even going past the personality itself.. Energy of course changes a bit with personality.. But, there are SOME energetic things that stay pretty consistent even with personality changes.. Because, one's truest energy comes from the soul, which is not always well-integrated into the personality..) However, physical appearance can change much more quickly. Honestly, as shallow as this may or may not seem.. I can find pretty much any body type as attractive or beautiful, depending on the person. (lol.. This is one of those moments I feel my Eros in Pisces is coming out.. And my Venus-Neptune) Honestly, coming from me.. I think you are beautiful! And, no one can ever take that away from you! Love yourself. The only time I find certain body types as unattractive is when it is being caused by careless neglect of the health.. Such as a poor diet. Of course, in some cases, this stems from eating disorders (whether it be addiction to food, or anorexia) but.. In those situations, I don't think that the circumstances are exactly careless. When someone is eating well and healthful, and cares about their body, I find that extremely attractive.. Regardless of their body type. Of course, this goes beyond the diet too. There are many ways to take care of the body outside of diet alone. (although, diet is important.)

Very nicely said ReadingTheStars95, so true and thank you The thing is i have my venus conjunct jupiter and bc of that i think i`ve had a habit of falling for men with a different culture than mine. Like, i can be that rnb black girl that can suddenly fall for the goth "i love rock music" white guy, haha. All the men i`ve been attracted to have been physically different from each other to.

OK. I have been extremely skinny before and now I have more meat on my bones. I never found a change in the people I attract. I honestly dont think men care THAT much. If they like you they like you if they dont they dont. I think it's more to do with overall vibe. Also how old are you? I think the younger a guy is, he likes skinnier girls. Same for women. Younger women like slimmer men (like teens ish) and it seems like when women hit their 20s, we start liking bulkier men! So maybe you are only observing college age guys when a lot of post bachelors ish and older men prefer more curves. IP: Logged |

I am 23 going 24 soon. So true the younger men do love them skinny. I have always attraced older men sometimes too old men effortlessly. I have noticed in myself that my tastes in men have changed. More and more now i have started to be attracted to men that look like men. Like i have a "thing" (ok i have a tiny crush hehe)for the rapper Drake at the moment. I just love his juicy cheeks and fleshy face and i find myself to be very attracted to his manly body. IP: Logged |

At least around here I see most young men being very skinny and most young women being curvy to downright overweight. Basically she's bigger than him save in height. I've found that strange.OTOH, maybe it's not that I see it more but that I find it so strange that I remember it, especially as I often walk past areas where there are far more athletic guys than gals (so the gals hanging around, like with their boyfriends, aren't athletic). And guys rarely remain athletic like that as they get older. (I hadn't thought about it before until now.) Of course there's more that goes into it than how someone looks anyway so maybe they were drawn together for different reasons. And I know at least some men and women don't care about for a specific physical type. Usually when they do it's because they either want a trophy to be admired for rather than a partner or they associate a look (which might be how one dresses or does--such as smoke or get tats--as much as body wise) with a certain type of person they want (which sometimes leads to a string of doomed relationships like when a woman exclusively is attracted to large men because she imagines them "dominant" only to find that because of their size they can usually get along without being forceful or threatening and if anything are usually trying to get people to NOT be intimidated by them ). Thats what I mean. As we get older we seek out more manly men. I never liked facial hair but now I find it strangely hot. I also used to like really childish looking faces but now I like more adult and manly faces... I like squishy cheeks too haha but with a manly flair IP: Logged |
