I like all of the 12th signs' positive traits, and hate all of the negative traits.

Lol.

Some traits irk me more than others.

I "struggle" with cancer placements the most, especially the moon. Oh man. Don't even.

I don't have any particularly bad experience though.

Too bad for me because having cancer SN and DSC in the 7th house, I do cross paths with them quite often. With my 1st house cap NN, I don't like to feel like I'm going back to my SN, or to be surrounded by energy that reminds me of the SN.

I have cancer chiron in the 7th house. So I suppose that cancer placements trigger something weird. The interactions often wear me out quickly and hardly ever inspire relaxed feelings or enjoyment.

Well come to think of it, things with water dominant people (or water moons people) often go bad.

Heh but I married a water dominant person. So there are exceptions lol.

Libra Mars .... Anyone with lots of libra shouldn't be around me. Libra Mars conjunct sun is like the "extrovert" passive aggressive version of cancer Mars-moon conjunct.
All the air Mars basically
Cancer Mars (and if the person has a cancer moon, then nvm, let's not talk).
I sorta have love hate relationship with Leo Mars but for the most part they are ok. Leo sun.., ugh...
Gem moon, sag moon... Fun for a minute, flake eventually

Earth and water sun signs that I have met tend to steal and lie.. I also know a Sagittarius stellium dude who cheats on his girlfriend. But I'm not mad because his reason is sincere their relationship has more freedom then most do.

This because of the common relationship with that planet/point i.e

Moon in Cancer 12 Deg
Mid-heaven Cancer 18 Deg
Mars in Libra 24 Deg

Moon conjuncts Mid-heaven(6 Deg orb)
Mid-heaven squares Mars(6 Deg orb)

The common point here is the Mid-heaven. So I would say that Moon-Mars are interacting through the common factor; the Mid-heaven.

In the same breath; your Mercury conjuncts Venus. Venus opposes the MC. And therefore by the virtue of the relationship that Venus and Mercury have to the common sensitive angle/point(MC),they interact with each other?

So your Mercury would also oppose the MC...Is it a stretch?

My Mercury is in Cap BTW.

I believe so, yeah. To me, it works like translation of light in horary, so any planets that don't aspect each other but aspect one other planet/point in common will still somehow feel the effects. I also theorize that conjunctions have stronger effects when this happens. Sometimes, I even feel as if I have a Mercury-MC opposition even when I actually don't. The conjunction is lose, but conjunctions are powerful nevertheless.

You said you can get quite confused too when it comes to career. Is your Mercury aspecting Neptune at all? That's quite interesting because Capricorn usually knows where it's headed. Or is it just a Mercury thing?

I think we may be hijacking this thread

In any chart,I see Moon,Mercury and Jupiter as influential of the person's state of mind.

Mercury is the lower mind, the details, the "how we get there" etc.

Moon is the perceptions, conclusions and the subjective experience of the path taken.

Jupiter is the one that wants purpose and some sort of trans-personal enrichment and growth from it all

Yes, usually Capricorn knows where it is going. That is if Saturn was sitting on my Mercury- I would too.

My Mercury is in aspect to Mars(square) and so, I tend to want things to happen very quickly. And if they don't, I change direction.

Now Mars is ambitious. And this can "double-up" as the push I would normally get from Saturn.

But oh no, my Moon opposes Mercury by a 1 Degree orb.So I don't have a consistent state of mind and vacillate between reason and feelings a lot.

By virtue of having these 3 interact like this, results in me being restless.

Mercury provides many alternatives , Mars is up to give each and every single one of them a try and Moon is the maverick that can be temperamental and unwilling to commit to anything not "soul fulfilling"

Now the confusion may be compounded by the Jupiter/Neptune/Sun conjunct. And not by direct aspect of Neptune to Mercury.

So yes, I will start off very enthusiastic with a set plan and goal(Mercury-Mars square).

Something along the way unsettles me to my core(Moon) and I end up not feeling comfortable about what I am doing.

Then I start to get confused right in the middle of it as I just can't see the "divinity" in it i.e "why am I doing this again?" (Jupiter-Sun-Neptune conjunct).

After which, I Just change the direction and go another way....

And one more thing, I realized I have no trouble at all with SATURN in Cancer! Jupiter in Cancer is pretty awesome, too....

And several other awesome Cancer suns are on this forum that I didn't mean to slight whatsoever: Vajra, ail, charlie, etc. All cool.

Hi Faith (waving back) 😉... You know what's kind of funny? I think when I comment I tend to be conscious of your possible reaction to my comment/post because we go back and forth so often...sometimes I do have the feeling like I need to be cautious, like I am sneaking up behind you and I don't want to startle or disgust you too much. Then I'm like, eh- she'll understand I just can't help being crude. Don't ask me what I'm talking about. You know I can't answer.

I struggle with Virgo and it's all my fault (sniffles)

My 2nd house is Virgo with Saturn there. Can you guess how Virgos make me feel? Inadequate. But my NN is there, so I can't stay away from them. I have to love, want, admire, adore them.

Ah! I just had a breakthrough. Perhaps the little masochistic devil on my left shoulder can be explained by that conjunction in Virgo.

Anyway, Virgo, and it's all my fault.

Cancer stands as a reminder to me that emotions can be an absolute zoo sometimes, and dealing with emotions is hard, and that's why I chose to suppress them a lot, and that's why I'm not really emotionally intelligent or mature so much as really good at keeping a lid on my emotions. Watching a Cancer "lose it," kinda makes me think, "Yeah....that's me on the inside....god help me if that wild animal escapes!"

Something like that....I don't want to put too fine of a point on it....it's truly vague inside of me.

I've recently come to the odd conclusion that I have a serious disdain for Pisces Suns. Obviously, this is weird because I'm a Pisces. I've tried to figure out whether or not I can deal with the men better than the women, but I think that generally, no. Of course there are exceptions, but they don't crop up often.

The only reason I'm even aware of this (not many Pisces folk tend to cross my path as it stands anyway) is because some of the people I find the most grating in life, I will ask for their birthdays, and I'm always like "wtf...I can't stand this person, how is it that they're a Pisces?!"

It's downright odd. I have yet to figure out the reasoning behind it, because they can range from February to March Pisces Suns, and I almost always find them very grating, and I don't really feel like I have that much in common with them.

Weird, eh?
Moons, Mercury, etc. are fine. Just not so great with my Solar kindred, I guess. At least not in person (the Pisces folk here seem nice, though).

It did just occur to me that if they have Mercury in Aries, their Mercury could irritate any of my Cardinal planets. Saturn, Pluto, and Mars. That would explain a lot, actually. Otherwise, I have no idea.

Edit.
Actually, no. I went to school with a girl whose birthday is the day before mine, same year, etc., and she has always grated on my nerves, and the only differences we would have would be Moon and Asc/house placements. What the hell??

Cancer. Every placement. Male and female. I just cannot understand these people at all. Their passive-aggressive personalities seem underhanded and shady. I try to avoid every single one and have never actually found one I got on well with for a long period of time.

This energy throws me for a loop and unsettles me. When the moon is transiting in Cancer, I feel like my somewhat orderly inner space is being subjected to an earthquake that shakes everything down from the walls and shelves and forces me to realize I'm not as strong as I had thought.

While I have had some phenomenal experiences with Cancer sun people (waves to venus2tinkerbell)...some of my worst experiences have been with Cancer suns. Furthermore, predictably, this is the sign where any planet in that sign is probably going to deeply unsettle me at some point. I can like and respect the person very much, but still be unsettled.

Cancer occupies my 12H, so planets that fall there can mystify me. At the same time they will ping my 8H Pisces moon. It's like someone tapping you on the shoulder, and you turn, and no one's there. I feel a lot but can't grasp what it is.

Cancer in the mid degrees forms a cardinal grand cross with my Capricorn sun, Aries Jupiter, and Libra Pluto. Maybe that's all I needed to say, right from the beginning.

Plus: all other signs are represented rather strongly in my chart, and if I want to tap into them, I have some connection to that energy from within. That's not really the case with Cancer...for some reason it feels almost alien to me.

My NN is in the 4th house so that could be another reason I struggle with it. And my draconic moon is in Cancer (but conjunct my tropical Saturn.) I feel like I have a lot of learning to do here. So I'm focusing on it. (And sorry for the length.)

I don't mean to invite a sign bashing extravaganza, just wondering if there is any one sign in particular that you consistently have trouble with?

Why the struggle?

Do you feel that you could grow by overcoming those difficulties?

Cheers

My weirdest relationships tend to happen with Aquarius, which is odd because my ASC is Aqua. But yeah, tough relationships there.

I have tons of amazing friendships with Aries and love them... but in any case where an Aries and I have butted heads (or, horns, I guess :-p ) it was VERY bad. Worst fights - the most volatile exchanges. And usually the friendship never recovered.

And then in general, Libras and I tend to look sideways at each other. I have many libra friends... but yeah, somehow it just never clicks. We never 'get' one another and I always feel a little judged.

Cap Sun, Pisces Venus and Mars, Aqua ASC and Libra moon (< me).

Typically Geminis give me anxiety. They are way too outgoing, extroverted, talkative, and super hyperactive for me to deal with for more than an hour. I do have some Gemini friends and my mom is a Gemini. But small doses :-)

Aries is one that I'm like 25/75 with. Only a few that I get along with. A lot of them are too aggressive and not friendly enough for me to deal with. They come across as brash and not considerate of other people's feelings. They make me uneasy despite the fact that I have a Venus and Mars conjunct in Aries. And I date men with Aries moon signs lol. Maybe I'm just a walking contradiction.

Sagittarius- I used to have a lot of qualms about them. But I dated one for four years. They love animals, which I adore. They're a little too ADD for me though, and too party party. I feel minimized in their presence because they're so gregarious.

You know mine. But it's really only been two of them, over the last few years. One Leo thrown in there, as well.

When I was younger, I had problems with three Gemini women. Two family, one neighbour - the latter went behind my back on something that upset me a lot, and the family members were a grandmother and a cousin.

I usually look for excuses as to why someone might act the way they do, whether it's towards me or others. Smug is going to annoy me, no matter what a person's sign. Someone doing whatever they have to do, no matter how hurtful, to achieve something - I can't stand it.

People usually hurt others because they have problems with themselves, or they don't like something about them self, so they take it out on others. I don't do this. I guess I have more self control than most!

The cancer sun, Pisces moon, Leo mercury/Venus/mars/Pluto guy.
I figured something out.

Oddly, he reminds me of Virgo. SOME Virgo, not too many, but a few of them I want to rip their colon out and choke them with it.

I guess that's a bit more than a "struggle". I'm so dramatic.

I know. It's just too much when people group together and do it. I've had a lot of that over the past few years, but people like this were at the root of it. I don't usually consider it a sign thing - just people doing whatever comes naturally to them at the time, whoever they are in that moment. I'm basically me, but I'm so different now, in ways.
