I think Astrology will never go out of style and never not be of interest to 99.9999% of the people.

K, sorry if this is redundant: my point is, if you believe in natal charts then you probably have preferences based on natal charts. You think, "Oh she's got that ASC, girls with that ASC are so likeable"....

Or, "He's a Leo, they can be so annoying.."

Those kinds of thoughts are about your synastry with them.

I don't know how you can see it another way.

You know, I have had some funny experiences with people.

I don't usually say I am an astrologer/psychic, but I was talking to a guy and a lady interrupted.

I had to include her. It was one of those things.

her husband was a military MD, so they are conservative as heck.

She was like the sorority girl kind of person.

I told her I was a psychic and she turned white

Probably. I just had 4 ounces of wheatgrass, which is a heavy addict.

I think what we're seeing is an increase in confidence to speak about astrology due to the modern ease of horoscope generation, and increased mentions due to proliferation of various media platforms.

And the google trends graphs show a trend line relative to other topics, which is a good measure of popularity. It is not a measure of overall search volume, which would have to be weighed against overall number of www users. The graph line turns up or down relative to top level of interest for that topic.

Based on the data that I have seen I think overall interest in astrology has slidden in the US since 9/11/2001. However, the addition of many www users in newer web markets worldwide in countries that are traditionally more interested in astrology has helped prop up the numbers a bit.

No, I like the general characteristics I have with those people. I don't just like libras that I have harmonious synastry with. I often like late degree libras that square my sun for example.
