Topic: How do you court a Taurus man?

I met a Taurus guy. He's a triple Taurus with Sun, Mercury, & Venus in Taurus. So far we are in a sexual relationship. Things are moving a lil too slow for me. I want to spend more time with him but he's busy. So far I've come over twice, and when I do see him I can tell he really likes me. I've initiated the last two times we spent time together. Because I don't want to press him and I am now waiting on him to contact me to hang out, but if I feel if I wait for him to contact me it'll be forever from now. He works all the time and doesn't call or text. I am not used to that. If I really like someone then I'm going to constantly text them & send them cute pics.

I just came out of a relationship so dating is new to me. I really like this guy. I just wanna be able to come over often and cook him a nice meal. That might be my Mars Cancer trying to pursue him with food IP: Logged |

Even if we were just friends with benefits I'd still cook for him & be really affectionate. I want to discuss these things with him but he's busy and I'm not quite sure how or where to begin the discussion. IP: Logged |

Things tend to move in a pace where things need to be and it's usually one, not two, person that has steering wheel..
You will find it hard to pressure a Taurus to do anything so just go with the flow.
Men also tend to balk at desperate women (not saying you are) because it makes them feel there are underlying issues and demands. IP: Logged |

I know how you feel, its like "come on man, hurry up, we will get there eventually so why not speed it up!" haha I tend to be very aggressive when pursuing someone D: Idk how! I am a Cap Moon! Mars Virgo! XDAnywho if its a new dating connection I say go on a few dates then suggest hey how about we cook in today I just learned this great new recipe you need to taste so yummy! Sun, Mercury, Venus + Mars Taurus here.Want to define a little slow? Usually we have a routine that we get used to and it can be hard to introduce anything new, especially if we're really really busy. One key word for Taurus is self-reliant, and sometimes we expect other people to be like that too, but as long as he's not being pressured into responding to you or feeling like you're trying to reschedule his routine, he will appreciate any text or cute pics that you send him as we do like the fact that our SO is thinking of us. well i have a Taurus rising and I take my time with people by seducing them...
I usually attract those whom dont rush me and if they try then im not attracted anymore.i have alot of earth in me so this can contribute to a fully rounded slow approach.
my venus is in virgo too so when it comes to showing affection i prefer things to blossom as opposed to now or never.
it just my point of view as a Taurus rising is all.. if you show everything too soon, then whats left to explore? foundations are meant to last so this is the slow/sensual vibe im talking about.
move with grace, not haste. he'll notice and be very attracted. ------------------

Well, I've asked this guy about his routine since most Taurus have one, but he says that he doesn't have one. He's been described by a friend as a workaholic. Because I really liked hanging out with him the first time, I expected him to call me. He didn't. I had to text him and stuff. Finally I told him, "I want to hang out but I can't tell if you like me". He told me that he does like me but he has this new job and wants to be really good at it. I told him I completely understand and we hooked up that week. I told him we should hang out like once a week and he said he'd like that. He has a Moon in Scorpio like me, so I was expecting things to get really deep real fast.
He also has a Mars in Aries, which I was expecting to propel things faster. Maybe? Idk? He seems like the "whatever you wanna do type of guy", so sometimes I wonder if I should be more aggressive? IP: Logged |

hmmm well he seems to like you enough to fit you into his busy work life.but a big no no with taurus is being too upfront.
subtlety counts big time. especially a moon scorpio >which im sure you understand. his venus would tell you how he approaches his love and affection towards others... mars is supposedly how women approach men and want to be approached you know? my suggestion would be to just feel it out.. if he stops talking to you then you'll know he's not really interested. im a bit of a workoholic too but if i truly like someone i will want to spend physical time with them to show them..
because that right there is how a taurus shows love/affection..just being present.

And my moon is 9 degrees Scorpio
What is the aspect? Am I Sun sextile Moon? Or do they not aspect at all cuz I don't see any sun moon aspects in my chart. IP: Logged |

can you post a astrodienst chart...its much easier to read and shows you all the aspects and degrees. so far i dont see any sun/moon synastry much less a taurus/scorpio opposition. ------------------

So I dated one Taurus sun and one Taurus moon, and both liked their space and appreciated my aloofness, until I was totally gone, then they protested in one way or another.'Went on a long road trip with a Taurus sun, and when we got back, it didn't occur to me to call him or assume we were together. And he had the same idea. I guess neither of us felt driven to push the romance...what for, really? Naturally we had other things to do besides hanging out non-stop. Once in a while we'd end up together by chance, or one of us would get in the mood to contact the other, then we were as mellow as two people could be without drugs. Now I'm wondering if that's more typical of Cap/Taurus than I thought...the slow pace. ETA: For what it's worth I think Taurus gets turned on by Capricorn energy pretty easily. I was amazed at some of the reactions I got. But I was too pessimistic to actually grasp that and use it to my advantage back then. Please don't quote this ------------------
