If my son speaks to people the way that she is speaking to people (and I do hope he doesn't), then my take on that is that you get what you pay for.

If he's rude to people, and they're rude in return, I guess he'll have to figure it out.

I'm not going to coddle people when they're rude to me, even if they're 19 years old.

She's nineteen, not five.
