For me--theres tons of artists
But this one song and album, actually, that got me through the day, for years .. (Um weird? Lol BLAME HER NEPTUNE ASPECTS!) has an Astrology chart compatible mine!
The lead singer is a Sun/Mercury/Venus Sagittarius --All my descendant sign

Tough question, many over the years. But, Thom Yorke, Elliott Smith, Bjork stick out. Not sure about compatibility.Lately this girl Julien Baker is very talented and sincere. If you've never heard of her and you like singer/songwriter music, she's good. IP: Logged |

there are many but had the biggest impact on me are,joe strummer - my shaman since my early teens. he lit up my 8-9th (sun,merc,venus,mars) houses with his main planets and these also aspecting my 12th H uranus-jupiter cnj john frusciante - his music brings out all kinds of emotions of me or soundtrack for my emotions. his neptune in my 12th H and aspecting all my planets, his pisces sun close cnj my moon................... As many others have said, I too have multiple I could probably mention.. But I'll stick to the two that come to mind right now. I'm sure some have already seen me mention one of these people in multiple posts as it is. LolVille Valo- Now, I like a lot of musicians within the field of Gothic Rock, but.. I feel like Ville Valo is probably the one I feel the strongest relation to. Both through his lyrics and his personality. As I once mentioned, like him, I also have my Moon on Antares.. And, I feel like I can see a certain very slight familiarity coming from that. It's been awhile since I've really sat down and looked at his chart but I do remember we have a few similar aspects. On the level of synastry, I think we have some relatively favorable aspects. However, I think what one considers "favorable" in regards to synastry varies from person to person. Hope Sandoval- I will say right away that I haven't heard a megaton of her music. (Her most well known work being with Mazzy Star) And I may even go as far as to say there are other musicians that remind me a bit of her. But, as of recently, I've felt a strong resonance with some of her music and her singing. The song Blue Bird by her group Hope Sandoval and The Warm Inventions has really been one of my songs lately. I used to really feel Robbie Williams lyrics; he's Aqua Sun, Scorpio Moon, lately I'm digging Brent Smith a lot - Cap Sun, Aqua Moon. Plenty of conjunctions and other powerful aspects in both synastry charts.
With Robbie; his Pluto conjuncts my Sun, his Sun and Jupiter conjunct my ASC, his Mercury conjuncts my antivertex and opposes my Mercury, squares my IC, Mars. My Moon is conjunct his NN, and it goes on and on.
With Brent; his Moon either conjuncts my NN or ASC, his Mercury is conjunct my Moon, his Uranus smack on my Pluto, Sun/Moon midpoint, his Mars on my SN, his NN is conjunct my Sun, just to name a few. So, no wonder, it makes sense astrologically

Adele! No wonder I feel like her and me would get along / be besties! Her sun is conjunct my Moon and my Moon trines her Sun. Her Moon trines Merc and Venus as well. Big fan of Mazzy Star and Hope Sandoval. Love the way she sings and the emotion in her voice. A lot of Cancer in her chart if I remember correctly.

Peter Green - love his guitar playing, singing, and lyrics. He expresses the dark beauty of Scorpio in a gentle way.Layne Staley - love his powerful singing and lyrics - very plutonian and he's not afraid to really go beneath. Jeff Buckley - he's somehow able to put into words/music the emotions of Venus-in-Scorpio very honestly and articulately.

Well I'm not connected to Prince he is connected to me lol. I feel like he (or his image, name, songs, etc.) are ALWAYS following me around. It started innocent enough when I was young. Of all my mom's albums I happen to choose his wondering what the heck that symbol thingy was. I decided he was the devil but thought he was interesting (b/c the Devil IS interesting, no?). I liked his tracks and stuff and looked him up but pretty much left him alone after that (cause you know, he's still the Devil). Except I realized HE wouldn't leave me alone. My first love was a Leo. When I met him he goes "my name is (can't state here) but everyone calls me Prince". I'm like ok, fine...nothing to read into. I start a new job and of all the small-talk topics in the world my boss chooses to say "so, I know Prince's cousin and he stopped by here one time". I'm like ok...great? LOL. I moved into a new apartment and like all new apts it was totally empty...you know, except for a random magazine with Prince on the cover left in one of the kitchen draws! Smh creepy as hell. I find out that a family member of mine is a touring musician, I'm like "oh, cool. Who does he tour with?", they're like "you know that guy Prince", I'm like what-the-hell, Prince even still tours???. When I was having my braces removed I remember having a mini celebration in my head and then Prince randomly comes on the radio in the dentist's office. I go on a road trip and a guy at a gas station goes "hey I'm selling some really awesome CDs" I take a look and of course they're Prince mixes! LOL, and that's just a few of many many other scenarios. It's not even like I have anything to do with this stuff. When I loose my virginity I'm sure a non-existent radio will suddenly turn on blasting purple rain hahaha. I've just accepted it at this point.
He is Gem Sun (8th house) and Scorpio Rising. I'm Gemini Moon (8th house) and Scorpio Rising.
As for a celeb I've actually fallen in love with (oh how embarrassing). There has only been one and I won't name him but he is a Virgo w/ Gem Mars and Sag Moon (I'm Sag Sun / Gem Moon). Never in my life have I been so obsessed with a celeb. Everything about him was amazing to me, (heavy accent, dark eyes, plagued with sickly ailments, etc.). I was actually in love until I realized he would rather be a woman (literally) than be with one smh. That's Hollyweird for you. Anyway, that's all no more celeb connections besides those.
