Yes. If there's a lot of sexual energy collide between you two and you disappear after a one night stand, no contact or access.

If you continue to meet and do it again or being friends, there's a high chance that they start getting attached.

But, I've seen they are happier to do it in a secure relationship.

I'm quite endowed as I have Moon conjunct Venus in Scorp in 2nd house with moon making a very loose square to Jupiter & I've heard they're one of my best features. Women who have this will have the physical aspect, men who have this will appreciate it.

One things I do know about Mars in Cancer is that due to the Moon/Mars interplay, they tend to fantasize about making a baby or getting their lover pregnant unless some other planetary aspect like Saturn is interfering. So...they really like wet sex (no condoms) and finishing inside their lover and may be more reckless about this than most men b/c it's a particular turn on that would freak out most dudes (say someone with Venus/Moon/Mars in Virgo).
