Can't argue with you there, except for the vegetarian/vegan part. Otherwise the rest is damn true of us, that's why I like it .

The worst would be Scorpio Ascendant imo. I have a Scorpio Ascendant and my Mars literally screams in rage when the Scorpio in it wants to hide everything (Mars conjunct Asc in first).

Those are my thoughts at least
600th post!

That sounds like fire risers in general to me bc I am like that.

I feel you with Scorpio rising, it wants intensity and closeness but it's nature can be very private and wary of others even guarded so it keeps its distance from others even though it wants closeness, it's instinct to protect itself and need for privacy its stronger till it meets someone that can break that barrier do to great synasty making the holding back worth it as it let's this new strange creature in, I am babbling lol..

Beautifully said. I don't know that there is anything else to add to this topic - this says it all.

But I will say that I'm quite fond of my Scorpio ASC I feel it's the "best" placement for me.

That is an impossible question to answer, I don't think there is a 'best ascendant' but I have personally noticed that I love earth risers but that is probably because earth risers trine and sextile my sun in Virgo opposite moon in Pisces or conjunct my Sun so Taurus and Capricorn risers are the point of Thales of my sun opposite moon in other words they are a point of release and feel good helping me manage that opposition better.

Second (or third) best would be Taurus. So grounded and usually good-looking, ha.

(Naturally this is just personal opinion.)

You would love hanging out with my husband and I. I am sag rising and he is Taurus rising, yes he grounds me so does moon in Virgo. I know I love your sun in Scorpio with moon in Virgo combo.

sag is fun but anytime i want to act seductive i end up looking like a clown. i always trip over my legs or i focus on not tripping too much and that's why i look weird or.. of course i trip... i'm a grown woman still full of bruises all the time, not a good look

Haha I am clumsy too with an extended history of bruises and often I don't know how I got them hahaha...I did not know that was a sag rising thing although I feel I paradoxically have great reflexes too...

I do have a goofy and playful side but I don't look like a clown when I am seductive, I do OK in that department...

i have good reflexes too! i think our clumsiness made our reflexes very good. i mean replace for instance a whole cook-ware in every few years would be too expensive (virgo sun) lol

edit: hypatia238, are you a good dancer?

If you're a woman trying to seduce a man then you just need to show a little boob and that's pretty much seduction taken care of.

I see your point. It is just so contradictory when you have six air planets (five of which are in Aquarius) along with this Scorpio Ascendant that just decides to make things complicated. I do like my Mars - Asc conjunction though, so I try to express everything through that instead

Got to do Chautauqua on Thomas Edison today. Luckily our natal charts are similar

------------------
Aquarius Sun, Merc, Venus, Uranus, Neptune
Scorpio Mars conj. Asc in First
8th House Moon opposite Pluto, Trine Uranus
Have you caught onto the predicament I'm in yet?

I think the best ascendants are
Aries
Gemini
Leo
Libra

That order
And mostly because Aries rules the first house so that's why I said it's not Taurus or any signs similar

Maybe Capricorn Ascendant as an exception
and that's because most Capricorns are always successful

My immediate thought,

Leo, obvs.

Aries, second,
Sagittarius third.

Its best to have a Fire Sign ASC especially if you are a male. But regardless Fire is the best as an ASC because it is the most outgoing, warm, self confident energy.

if i had to choose a different asc, i'd say leo or sagittarius but i kinda like being cap asc/leo sun, even though t. pluto is going through my 12th with much drama! somehow i still like my cap asc
