Yeah, I have Moon and Venus in Gemini, and I'm not big on gossiping. Definitely not on backstabbing, either. Whenever I argued with someone, or said something nasty (that only usually happened in the past few years - I was calmer before), I immediately regretted it. It was a two-way street, not just on me, but I'm sitting here now, and trying to remember why I couldn't calm the **** down, and at least make sure that I didn't add to the problem.

Work on mending your heart from this loss and as difficult as it seems, be thankful for the time that you shared with each other. Every laugh, smile, and loving moment. Even the "bad" moments because I'm sure for one or both of you it meant growth, reaching an understanding, a certain bonding once the fire was put out. In my opinion, we must take everything thrown at us and seek within it something good.

I posted looking for ways to handle the situation and people came and chimed in on what could be happening. Aside from being bored, I think that both the Gem and cancers felt threatened from the younger employees. That isn't limited to those two signs though, as I mentioned earlier as well. Anybody, any sign can relate: no one wants to take time out of their busy day to deal with adults who aren't acting like adults but more like jealous, gossipy teenagers. Plain and simple.

I can't speak for gem females, but as I said Gems don't normally feel threatened, as they can manage themselves almost to any situation.

The Gem just doesn't like the younger employees and the Cancers are the ones that feel threatened.

Normally a male Gem with some authority would take a positive interest into a bubbly, smart female with lots of potential.

I can only speculate, He probably sees them as young and bratty, not brilliant.

When I was young I did gossip, but so did everyone. I didn't feel guilty, I felt normal.

But sometimes things I said came back to haunt me and that's where I started to have regrets. *edits graphic examples

It made me hesitant to gossip again...kept me aware that if I actually knew and talked to the person I would probably like and respect them enough not to say anything.
