If I may be a bit blunt, I don't know if this is entirely true. My Chiron is in 9th house, but I don't feel like I'm actually wounded there. However, I may have been at one point. Basically, I think I may have completely healed somehow. Besides, if the wound is supposed to never heal, my Chiron would make more sense in 8th house. It actually is in 8th house by progression.
