So that's what it was all about. I was crying hysterically all day (and half the night) yesterday and had terrible suicidal thoughts... I completely forgot and wasn't thinking about transits or astrology.What a terrible time, I wish it could be March and we could be revitalized by the spring equinox. IP: Logged |

{{{Meyray ... }}} So glad and relieved now that you're back IN the game! Remember... This too shall pass.... Wait for it, and wade through it. {{Hug!}} Don't give up. (What you're doing is very important. Don't be afraid to process what you're feeling.... There's a Gift in it, eventually. Stay with it. And know when to come up for some air and some supportive love and hugs... Whatever happens, don't lose your connection with people for too long. Some solitude lets you know where you are internally-- just make sure you lift your head, locate what is Good in all this, too. Cultivate your soul. You have a destiny to fulfill. @meyreyYou are so beautiful and talented, it's hard to see someone like you getting this far down. So sorry things have gotten this bad. So many of us are just so desperate for a better world, and wishing it would come soon. You're not alone in that. All of us finding our own ways to cope. Just came across some info on Fixed Star Facies, now at 8+ Capricorn. (While in our Capricorn 'zodiac' astrology, this star is part of the 'constellation' of Sagittarius in astronomy). This sums up some of what we're all trying to say here? {{btw... V2T }} Quoting-- Keywords: Driven, focused, prolific, productive, profound, influential, weak eyesight, powerful insight, in-your-face, brave, telling it 'how it is', gritty, dark. endQuote http://astrologyking.com/facies-star/ Another ref......
Quoting http://www.constellationsofwords.com/stars/Facies.html The Latin name is from the verb Facere, to make or do something, and it is often said to portend accidents due to the victim's own 'careless' actions. Naturally, there is a positive side to Facies, --- it symbolizes well that kind of Sagittarian who goes out to climb mountains, race cars, enter the ski-jump team or the Grand National steeplechase, making it right to the top and no doubt breaking a few bones along the way. On the more philosophical side--- it will mark those who must see their outlook and beliefs carried into practical effect somewhere, so that they go out on missions, set up their own churches and centers engage in good works of famine or refugee relief and so on. Inevitably they get hurt at times, but perhaps find compensation in the value of their works. [The Living Stars, Dr. Eric Morse, p.94-95.]. endQuote IP: Logged |

Well the Spring Equinox is going to happen with a 4 minute conjunction of Moon and Saturn on 27 Sag and is being followed by a waning quarter Moon on the world-axis. That Moon-Saturn-conjunction will be the exactest aspect in the equinox chart (sounds like a rather serious spring to be honest)
Apart from that the chart is strangely lacking in aspects. Well in the week afterwards, it could be that the Sun-Venus-conjunction will become exact (8 degree orb at the day of the equinox), so with Venus retro, maybe past lovers will resurface. The dispositor of the Aries-Sun and Venus, Mars is in Taurus, and in mutual reception with Venus.
But without strong aspects. However Uranus is going to be ON the Venus/Mars-mp with just 19 minutes of orb. That past lover might come back as a surprise and collectively we might tend to get carried away by a quick infatuation/ enthusiasm/ hope or implementing something new, exciting and passionate into our lives. Moon and Saturn are on the Uranus/Node-mp. So serious or not, we might seen some unexpected sudden link ups. Or just encounters. Mercury on 12 Aries will be square Juno on 12 Cap - possibly some critical thinking taking place in terms of commitments we have made. Mercury will be on the Sun/Uranus-mp - so more suprises. vital midpoints of the Equinox chart
Venus = Uranus/Chiron Mercury= Sun/Uranus Uranus = Venus/Mars Moon = Uranus/Node Saturn = Uranus/node Neptune = Mars7Pluto Node= Moon/Mars Node= Mars/Saturn Looks to me like a push-pull-equinox actually.

Good article. And a reminder to put some weight behind our thoughts and words. @Mirage, Just want to say, I can completely relate what you went through. Mine was a similar situation. The upshot of it all, I'd say, is getting the unexpected (and unasked for) freedom to learn our own models of behaviour. Although that's a tougher road, at some point, it makes you realize that you have the basic instincts (for whatever parents could have taught you) inside, just buried and in need of honing. Clearly, you're a lot farther along that road than you give yourself credit for. We all learn from you, you have a lot to offer. Faithyyy, Hiiiieee. I missed my favourite Cappy. See, no hearts and only one genuine, close-mouthed smile in this Spartan post devoid of emoticons - in honour of Capricorn. IP: Logged |

Mirage, thanks for your care, but there is no need to be worried about me. I absolutely know my own value. And know I deserve the best. (despite my pMoon now in Virgo, seems I still have the pMoon in Leo queen identification within me ). What I wrote was not about ME, it was just the collective "weather" so to speak. For me personally the equinox chart has some interesting things to say, like Tr ASC right on my pr ASC, and Tr DESC and pr DESC on my pr Saturn, putting the rulr of ASC onto the DESC, which is just so fitting for this Venus-in - cCapricorn-girl. I wouldn`t want anything less than mature sincerity in romance.
Tr Moon and Saturn on my Sun-Mercury, and Mercury ruling my 7th house natally.
Tr Venus trine my Mars, tr Mars trine my Venus Tr MC on my natal Jupiter, my chartruler. and so on. There are some nicely empowering aspects there, and I always like to check the event-composite, as it seems to be the quintessential chart for drawing conclusions how something is going to be. Well for me personally the equinox (and composite with my chart) provides - exact Venus-Mars-conjunction in Aquarius - Mercury within orb to conjunct said Venus-Mars - Sun conjunct Juno - Moon conjunct Uranus and Neptune (once again. lol) and as for the most vital midpoints:
Jupiter = Saturn/DESC Saturn = Moon/IC = Node/Vertex = Node/ASC Node = Mercury/IC = Sun/Jupiter = Mars/MC = Venus/MC Moon = Sun/Jupiter = Mars/MC = Venus/MC = Jupiter/Juno Neptune = Mars/Jupiter = Venus/Jupiter = Pluto/DESC Uranus = Mars/Jupiter = Venus/Jupiter = Pluto/DESC Sun = Jupiter/DESc Mercury = Sun/Venus = Juno/Venus = Jupiter/Saturn Mars = MercuryVenus = IC/node Venus = IC/Node= Moon/DESC Pluto = Moon/Saturn MC = Mars/Node = Venus/Node ASC = Moon/Pluto And the tightest aspects and midpoints will be:
DESC conjunct Vertex 0°14 Mars trine Node 0°16 Venus trine Node 0°28 Venus trine IC 0°30 Moon square Node 0°42 Venus conjunct Mars 0°44 Node sextile MC 0°59 and
Moon = Venus/MC 0°01 Venus = NN/ IC 0°01 MOON TO MIDPOINT VENUS/M.C. Deep feeling about romance, a warm-hearted and cordial disposition, a motherly nature, the typically female qualities. Being valued for one's work; recognition of a job well done.
VENUS TO MIDPOINT NODE/M.C. The urge to reveal one's innermost feelings and inclinations in personal associations. The capacity to love with one's whole heart. I`d say I`ll be pretty well off with that equinox chart, and less Uranian than it implies collectively.

Hi everyone. I haven't had time to catch up on comments. I just really want to share something with you. Its an outline of Teal Swan's video How To Express Emotion. She's a bit controversial I found out, but try the technique. It works SO well. For me, this Moon and all the transits to my planets are teaching about emotion. I feel Capricorn actually encourages like Saturn good things like expression of emotion, but since emotion has been generally denied by society for so long Capricorn has had nothing to 'work' with (because emotion isn't real). Once we acknowledge our emotions Capricorn has some wonderful suggestions for structure This is an outline from Teal Swan's Video 'How To Express Emotion' http://youtu.be/E0wAs-u4A2E Below is a brief summary of the video and an outline of the process of getting in touch with and then expressing or sharing your emotions. First, why we want to feel and express our emotions: 1. Emotions are energy 2. Energy goes somewhere, and energy does something 3. When energy, our emotions, is suppressed it sits in the body and infects the body from the inside. 4. Suppressed emotion cause the world around us to deteriorate. Energy/Emotions is a vibration. The vibrations emitting from ourselves are points of attraction for the universe. Have you heard "as above, so below. as within, so without"? By the Law of Attraction, the universe must bring us a vibrational match or be a vibrational match to what we send out from ourselves- emotional rot or not. 5. We must heal our emotions, but to heal our emotions we must feel our emotions and express them. 6. And to feel and express our emotions we must be willing to risk Vulnerability. Yikes! Most of us are well trained at sweeping emotion under a rug, but if there is no rug, or no where to escape; like, if two people (furious with each other) were locked in a closet (to use Teal's example) then they would be forced or free to feel and express their emotions. What would take place is what Teal refers to as The Natural Progression of Expression. At first those two people in the closet would be expressing Anger to one another, but as soon as the fire cooled they would realize that what they really feel is Grief and Sadness. In this melancholic state they would become more aware of themselves and of their own Fears and Insecurities. And awareness brings Understanding, Empathy, and Regret. They then naturally open to Love and loving feelings, a desire to make things right with Solutions, and a desire to Connect. So, again, the Natural Progression of Expression is: 1. Anger, Resentment, Fury, Blame, and Repelling the other person 2. Disappointment, Sadness, and Hurt 3. Insecurity, Fear, Bad Memories, and Deep Wounds to the Inner Child 4. Understanding, Empathy, Responsibility, Regret 5. Love, Solutions, Connecting You might find that one of these levels is easier for you to express than others. It's probably because you have been taught that that emotional expression is ok, but not the rest. You can go through this process alone, for yourself (highly recommended whether you're partnered or not), or you can do this with your partner. You sit down and write or speak about your emotional response to a problem you are having. If you are doing this with your partner Teal suggests letting one partner finish completely before the second begins. If you are doing this alone and for your own emotional health, you can consider taking the process a step further by writing your process into a letter for the person involved. If you aren't sure how to get started talking or writing about your feelings here are some prompts for each level of the process: 1. I hate it when I am so angry that I am fed up with I am filled with rage when 2. I feel so disappointed that I feel so sad when The thing that hurts me so badly is This is why it hurts me so badly 3. I'm afraid that What I'm truly afraid of is It scares me when It reminds me of 4. I'm sorry that Please forgive me for It is completely understandable that I regret that I understand that 5. I want to I forgive you for I hope that Thank you for I appreciate you because I love you because Even with a ton of water in my astrological chart I find it hard to express my feelings. The structure of this process helps me know I won’t get lost in the Deep. I get so angry when you come close, open me up, make me need you, and then you bring your hard cold fist down drawing the boundary and saying "no" to me, when I never needed you to begin with. I feel sad that you don't see how vulnerable I am with you- how much I love you- how much I melt in you- how much I yield to you. It hurts me and makes me feel invaluable- not precious to you or at all. You don't want to take care of me. It hurts me so much. It brings up old pain. From my gut and throat. I feel wailing in my throat when I am hurt by you. I feel the wails of a baby in my throat. I don't know what it means, and I don't know how to handle that much emotion and intensity from my own self. I understand you have your own needs connected to both your fears and visions- and they mean everything to you. You are living your life. It must be scary and hard to handle my intense expressions of need and anger and fear. I know that you cannot respond in any way, positive or negative, to my needs if you do not know what they are. I'm sorry I lash out at you for what I cannot do. I love you because you touch my softness. You draw me out with your soft words and gentle touch and you make me want to feel. You draw me out and challenge me to be me. I want to give you a fair chance to consider and respond to my needs by making them known to you. (edit)ok, so I realize that there are a lot of contradictions above. It is not a flowing storyline with a moral or something, but it really got me to a place where I could see the situation from many angles. I don't really have a problem making decisions. But the Moon makes it difficult for me to know what I'm looking at sometimes. Sorting my feelings even if it doesn't make sense lol helps me to see clearly and decide. IP: Logged |

The people that were there that were suppose to help me were so caught up in their own matters that they forgot that I was a child and needed a parent. I basically learned a lot on my own and not only that but took care of my younger brothers who till today refer to me more as a mother than a sister. I was able to somehow mentally to bounce off healthy people as a therapist once said, I actually defied odds. Statistics say I should either be an alcoholic, drug addict or checked out of life all together. I am thankful to God that I am none of these. So when I had children , being a mother was more about educating my kids with wisdom and soul than anything else. To teach them how to survive , be independant and think for themselves.
If you don't mind sharing do you have Saturn on the IC or saturn aspecting your IC or what in your chart do you feel shows the challenges you faced early on of such great responsibility towards your siblings and feeling neglected? Do you mind posting your chart? I am glad you are such an amazing parent, you should be so proud of yourself bc you chose to learn from your parents mistakes and that IMO is the key! IP: Logged |

Not a Capricorn here, but I have that lovely generational triple conjunction in Capricorn and Saturn falls in my 12th house so Capricorn's lessons seem to be very karmic for me. And I've been having a very Saturnian year as well - Capricorn has crossed over my MC several times. I've stopped depending on authority figures in my life, because they either can't or won't be there.At work yesterday, I told a coworker (who I was helping with a task that I was pretty sure she was avoiding because this was the 3rd time I've taken care of this task for her) that she couldn't keep using her lack of experience (having never tried to do it) as an excuse to never do it. I also pointed out that there would likely be a day when she faced the task and no one would be there to address it for her - that she needed to be able to take on that responsibility herself. My supervisor overheard me and later told me that it was time to start training me into a supervisory position. I later thought about that statement and realized it was likely a mix of my Capricorn and Virgo taskmaster tendencies coming out. I don't get angry with people when they make mistakes or fail to live up to a standard of measure, I just tell them they have to do better next time - through experience, not avoidance. (But then I have my fair share of experience in avoidance and it's a hard earned lesson I often pass on.) Anyway. Very Capricorn New Moon type of stuff. IP: Logged |
