Nice  That is so cool you have a good connection with your sisters.I have a cousin who is a Leo and she has two sisters and they overall tend to have a good solid bond. Now I am wondering about Mercury since it rules siblings and how it aspects the moon might give clues to your relationship with siblings. I have the opposition, I don't feel terribly close to my siblings but we do get along and they are good to me, they are older 7 and 9 years older and we have different dads. You have mercury in soft aspect to moon and feel close your siblings... The person we have been talking about has mercury conjunct moon square pluto and I feel her relationship with her siblings is complex and trigger intense feelings in her, the way it sounded like they kind of bully her. Pluto can be about trauma and the opposite of connection, feeling cut off or alienated. IP: Logged |

I think my mother had a Leo Moon. Not sure because I am still trying to rectify her chart. That could explain my sisters being raised having respect for family members.See where the Moon is for the mother in your examples. IP: Logged |

The person I am talking about is very kind, compassionate and respectful in general, I don't think she is disrespecting her sisters. Her mercury squares Dejanira which can indicate abuse from siblings, in her case it manifests more as emotional abuse and psychological abuse from her siblings like bullying and mind games, disrespect, putting her in vulnerable positions ect. Interesting, I just checked and she has Mercury square Dejanira! That explains so much her experience actually but correction her mercury does not square her pluto she has sun conjunct moon square pluto and mercury square dejanira though!IP: Logged |

I get the sense you feel that asteroids influence you more if the discovery chart of the asteroid impacts your own chart in a significant way..right?She has Dejanira in SCORPIO at 22degrees opposing exact Dejanira's Pluto in Taurus at 22degrees. Also her mars in Leo opposes Dejanira's Mars in aquarius and her Norhtnode conjuncts Dejanira's Mars! She was raped when she was a teenager  and has a history of domestic violence too. I just realized my Venus conjunct Mars conjuncts her Southnode  No wonder I have such deep love for her. Well also her Mars conjuncts my Mars and Venus and we have a Mercury conjunct Venus double whammy. IP: Logged |

I was afraid of that. Yes, that is what I believe. "...her Norhtnode conjuncts Dejanira's Mars." That is a sign she could be resonating with Dejanira. Is there anything of hers invoking the Dejanira discovery location at 7'51" Gemini on the synastry chart? What house is her north node in? Makes sense about you interfacing on her node. IP: Logged |

She has Sun in Leo at 9d so it trines Gemini 7d51..What are you looking for? only conjunctions? are hard aspects good too? what orb?

I agree.The Sun trine could do it. I think it has to be tight. Preferably, I would like to see a conjunction. Sun has much mass so it might could do it if tight. If the location is not invoked, it may lie dormant until another person can invoke her Dejanira and then the Mars/NN and rape opposites can energize. Add Pallas, Lilith (1181), and BML to see if any of those are on the discovery location. IP: Logged |

Interesting that Dejanira and Nessus have each other's Pluto opposing..I had to place a child abuse report today and after I placed the report I checked the guy's birth date and he has Sun in Taurus @24d opposing Nessu's Pluto exact and he has moon in Gemini with Venus and Mars in Cancer, he has been accused in the past of molesting one of his sisters and appears to be having an incestuous relationship with one of his sisters and he has google searched brother/sister porn. He has natally mars conjunct chiron in cancer exact square Dejanira by 1d and a wide conjunction between Dejanira and Mercury by 6d. Do not quote. IP: Logged |

@OPI kind of agree with you. I think the reason why Leo energy likes to seek attention is because we feel unappreciated in some way. As bad as it sounds, it may be true. We have learned to take the spotlight for ourselves maybe because we tend to just “blend in” when we don’t. We’re not comfortable with that. At least, I’m not. The Virgo placements do add to this too, especially since Virgo likes to serve. Service is usually taken for granted because the world is focused on just taking, not giving. Yes, I have also experienced sibling rivalry. I think this is because my Venus is in the 3rd house, though. Probably nothing to do with being a Leo. My sister is also a Leo with Venus in Virgo like me. Although she looks up to me and admires me very much, it sometimes annoys me. I can see she is trying to be like me. Others have seen it too. I think she should be herself. There’s always been things she has been better at that I’m not. I think I told her this already, but it is her choice in the end. I just live with the annoyance I feel. I absoutly feel under appreciated. Ive always felt i do what ever i can for everyone, but when i need something sorry im busy cant. I cant really answer on the sibling part, Im an only child, i always even more so now as an adult feel left out if the family dept. Not having a sibling to turn to for bonding. It just makes you feel more alone in the world.

This is super insightful, thanks for sharing your thoughts. I can really relate with what you are saying. I have sun in Virgo with Venus conjunct Mars in Leo and MC in Leo and specially in the work place I feel I have to fight in a sense so I don't just "blend in" and I worry that I am coming off as attention seeking at times but is the only way to ensure I am seeing and get the respect I deserve. Leos understand they have to fight for what they want, is innate and this includes fighting for respect and recognition (at least to the the level that is deserved). Is almost like Leo is saying "NOOOOooooo you are not f'ing me over" LOL. IP: Logged |

Interesting yes, it could be a venus in the 3rd or a venus in virgo thing in combo with sun in leo perhaps or sun in leo in combo with venus in cancer in some cases. In the case of sibling rivalry that feels like is bordering on abusive or is abusive dejanira may be involved such as mercury in aspect to dejanira etc.... Is your venus in the 3rd house in aspect to mars or pluto? thinking that could lead to power struggles or sibling rivalry too.... Your sister sounds so cuteeeeeeeeeeee, she adores you awwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww. I always wanted a little sis Darn it. She will eventually grow up and stop looking up towards you and then it might turn around and you will look up towards her.

Yes my cousin is a sun in leo with venus in cancer, she is the oldest child and has two sisters. I can imagine is really hard for you to be an only child . Do you have friends that feel like family? I hope you find that if you haven't yet, I know is hard though in this hectic globalized world to maintain those deep connections on a day to day basis with friends . IP: Logged |
