I was just watching a clip on you tube about Chris Watts. The man who murdered his whole family. His wife, 2 daughters and unborn son.The people on the panel discussing Chris Watts said that he had been receiving a ton of mail from women writing him love letters. What would you expect to see in the natal chart of a woman who would be appealed to this kind of man? Would this woman be attracted to bad boys, be wanting to save a man.. something else? Screams Venus/Neptune to me, a bit of Venus/Pluto too perhaps, Uranus would do it for the thrill, add a nurturing Moon too, Pisces comes to mind but I think as naive as they can be, they wouldn't get mixed up in something like that. I do wonder if these women will still be interested in the person if they get released lol.IP: Logged |

I know someone who has Venus/Uranus and they are involved with a prisoner. She's in a relationship with him and won't date anyone else. I guess she's going to wait for him. I have Venus/Uranus and would never do this though. So it's probably something else as well. I think it could be a Scorpio thing too my aunt is a Scorpio and she's involved with a prisoner.IP: Logged |

When it comes to Venus/Uranus I always wonder, whether they date you cuz they're into you, or whether they date you cuz they love the space between them and you.IP: Logged |

This topic is interesting, I looked into it after watching the Ted Bundy documentaries:Plenty of serial killers have attracted mates, especially those with a high media profile. Carol Ann Boone became Ted Bundy’s girlfriend while he went through his legal proceedings in Florida. She took every opportunity to describe how he was being unfairly railroaded. Even after he was convicted for three murders, Boone maintained her stance, and during the penalty phase of his 1980 trial, she testified on his behalf. They exploited an old law and married in the courtroom just before he received a death sentence. Boone had a child with Bundy, but eventually realized he was guilty. She took her child and moved away. Women who have married serial killers have given several different reasons. Some believe they can change a man as cruel and powerful as a serial killer. Others “see” the little boy that the killer once was and seek to nurture him. A few hoped to share in the media spotlight or get a book or movie deal. Then there’s the notion of the “perfect boyfriend.” She knows where he is at all times and she knows he’s thinking about her. While she can claim that someone loves her, she does not have to endure the day-to-day issues involved in most relationships. There’s no laundry to do, no cooking for him, and no accountability to him. She can keep the fantasy charged up for a long time. ....I guess it depends on the reason, is it the perfect boyfriend fantasy? Or the desire to nurture the inner hurt child in the serial killer and fix him?! IP: Logged |

I don't feel the sun sign would tell us anything about this, you would need to look at the entire chart. IP: Logged |

I would say it fits the symbol of the savior of the fallen present in the Pisces/Neptune/12th house archetypes with some Scorpio/Pluto/8th house in the mix too (both in natals and synastry).

Mental illness?I guess you have to ask who the heck would actually want to be involved in a situation like that, if they had a sound and rational mind. Think of your friends, family members, neighbors...people just going about their normal everyday lives...would you? In my opinion, it would take a seriously sick person to fall in love and possibly hope to "save" a monster. Maybe it is in fact THEM who needs saving? Who around them in their circle actually supports their decision? Maybe the issue is they have nobody in their circle to give them rational advice, or they are so deranged they ignore all the warnings? How damaged do you have to be to think the only person you could ever love/be loved by is a murderer? I saw a documentary on Netflix about the world's most notorious serial killers and one of them in his 60s took a lover from the outside in her 20s and fathered a child with her. She would visit him in his temporary "weekend" quarters so he could spend time with her and their child (this was a European country). She wasn't even that unpleasant looking so I'm thinking... why on EARTH would this be something you think is worth pursuing?! It is very sad. IP: Logged |

Might Pluto play a role in such an affinity for such people? Maybe a 5th house Pluto aspecting Venus. Also 3rd house Pluto, Venus might be a possibility. Or even speaking in asteroids Lilith, BML, Persephone (queen of underworld, darkness). IP: Logged |

Preach!! I think Uranus loves the novelty of things. And both Jranus/Pluto don't mind the Taboo. I would also include Neptune there for anything related to incarceration.

Perhaps its the thrill of dating them, won't be that thrilling when one morning you find yourself all tied up to the bedposts when you wake up(well might be thrilling even until then anticipating what else he might do to you next,), but then he starts chopping off your limbs one by one. But! until then, every moment might be thrilling, cuz u never knw what the fcker might do next, in an everyday life you can't find these moments much, and well normal relationshipa can be damm boring at times, innit? I LOL at this! 😂 Seriously? I think women who fall in love with serial killers have some psychological issues which caused them to think that they can "save" the killers and rehabilitate them, or maybe they "see" something in them that reflects their own hidden demons. This is more than Neptune/Pluto-Venus stuff.
I've Neptune opp Venus and 5th house Pluto but I could never love a deranged person. But if you look like this then yes, I may fall in love even if you'll suck my blood. 😂 IP: Logged |

hahahahahahhaha LMAO >>> "Usually I dunno what to do with them even after tying them up......start with the limbs....or the head?" Yes I have DC in Gemini with Chart Ruler Jupiter in Sag conjunct Uranus exact, my venus conjunct mars in the 8th thought she would enjoy "getting tied up" but my chart ruler had a different opinion on the matter hahahaha....You live, you learn.

Yes seriously, if you actually try to understand instead of having an extreme judgemental reaction to it you see what the writer who wrote that article from Psychology Today is trying convey. I also mentioned that it can be a desire to heal the "inner hurt child" of the killer which is similar to saying they want to fix or save them but the subconscious reasons and motivation can vary depending on the woman but this reason would go inline with the archetype of the "beauty and the beast." I lot of women are attracted to bad boys, this is just an extreme manifestation of it. Think of the show Lucifer were they portray the god of the underworld and how charming he is, often these women fall for the charm. There are many variables that play into it. Think of Michael Jackson who we all worshiped and adored who was extremely charming and groomed the world, he ended up been a pedophile, the red flags were always there but we refused to see them and made up excuses for him so you can fall for a murderer and not know it.
