Venus is what makes us "beautiful" from a "this is what makes this person valuable (Tau)" POV.

It is also where we are likely to attract the attention of others.As Ven does not 'pursue' but attracts attention.

Look also to the Venus archetype & put it all together I.e Venus in Cancer, the Tau cusp, the 2nd house and its respective ruler.

Look to the 7th house and its respective ruler as well as the Lib cusp and planets therein.
