^ I've never gone to one, lol, although I must I guess, just for once, for the experience.

I never liked those types of places.

Too much of a tease.

If I had a girlfriend built and dressed like those girls, and she walked in the kitchen like that, I know what'd happen.

It just reminds me of all the men who want a beautiful, sexual woman, but don’t want her to have had too much fun. It reminds me of what I posted in that thread about sexy, spiritual women.

Might be less chance to get STD from stripper.

I dunno if money is my drive here, I just think I'm more interested in the escape it provides. But of course if I put the time in money has to follow lol.

I'm wondering though, what characteristics do people generally seek out in dancers? Aside from the classic physical attributes of course.

Never underestimate the physical attributes, dance is a proper sport 😉, also, it's an art, emotions are key.
Whether you're stripping to get men all bothered, Krumping to describe society or portraying love in a rumba, the ability to connect with your audience and to emote is what sets apart trained dancers and working/successful ones.
Being shy may make auditions difficult but channelled properly can be very powerful on stage. Being fierce is more useful than outgoing I'd say.
Another frequently overlooked element is how smart great dancers are.
Look for great communication and understanding of emotions, character, discipline and resilience. If the body follows, you may have a dancer 😊

Stripping doesn’t equal prostitution, but the same attitudes are there.

I have a friend who worked as a prostitute for a while. When she was younger. She hated it, but needed the money. She is the kindest woman I have ever met, never has a bad word to say about anyone. If any man rejected her because of her past, they would be damned stupid.

Brenda, I say find a safe way to do it, if you really want to (the stripping). You don’t need any man who would reject you for it. I see excitement from a few men in this thread, just over the idea of it. Then the warning that at least one wouldn’t want a woman who actually went through with it. It’s annoying. You do what you want to do.

Not wanting to date a stripper is understandable though eh, if I'm stripping for some chicks online my gf would be ****** for sure, now doing it regularly...

It's probably my Virgo influence.

It just seems unclean to me.

I like clean.

I like monogamy.

Interesting comments.
Brenda, when you say stripping, do you mean like at the beginning of Showgirls, or more like Dita Von Teese?
Because it can refer to wholly different settings, and all the safety and reputation issues mentioned seem to not necessarily revert to the same stripping settings.
Because you mentioned willingly going into it I assumed a safe setting, with some organisation behind and not the trashy image you see in cop films 😝
Anyway, I think there are high class fancy ways to strip that'd be very safe and most men wouldn't judge, but if we're talking "popular" stripping, these are indeed things to consider, the safety at least, if a man rejects you for your choices, whether they're professional, or personal, that's incompatibility.
Finally, even if it's not an issue in your private life, do consider the emotional load of the image it conveys. Can be safe if respectful men desire you from a distance, but being looked at and treated like meat most nights a week may take a toll.

Lots of female students work part time as strippers to pay there tuition.

Unlike full blown prostitution the club rules are set on what a male...or in rare cases what a female can and can't do.

Violate any of those rules and the client is guaranteed to be charged with assault and security is not far away.

Prostitution on the other hand is way more risky especially if they do outcalls and go off to vist a client in an unknown place.

They just don't get that same level of security as a stripper does.

I don't get the stigma...I thought that were all the same were all just trying to get by and survive another day.

Its a case of another profession that gets looked down on like Janitors/Maintenances workers.

So I've looked at a couple of vlogs on YouTube... To see how I'd connect with this idea 'from the inside'. Yeah I don't think it's for me lol. Most of those gals are way too pretentious and stupid for my liking (no offense to anyone). That isn't to say everyone is, cuz oh well I too considered it lol and wouldn't call myself stupid. Maybe pretentious sometimes though 🤨. But I don't feel like I'd connect with any of them really. Plus, the crudeness is just too much lol. I'm just 🤔🤔🤔 can I really ACTUALLY see myself shaking dat @ss like that lol.

A couple of things you guys touched on...

First, I don't give a !uck what people perceive me as because of it. The stigma and all wouldn't be reason enough for me to not consider it. If I decide to do something eff everyone lol. And, if the guy I'm interested in backs off because of it, then it's probably not someone I'd be ok with in the long run. I need someone that can deal with my erratic interests. Even the crazy slash dumb ones.

@Moonbeth
I was thinking high class, I don't like trashy demeanors so anything other than high class certainly wouldn't do.
Plus, I think whether or not one is being looked at like meat depends on how one owns this entire idea, and themselves. In real life I'd say I'd give them a bad taste when they go too far, but I don't think that would work in the stripping world lol. So I guess afterall it ain't really for me.

Also liked what you wrote below, just wish I'd find it more relatable. To my personality that is. I think I'd be fine with it all, except for the shaking the @ss part lol. I dunno why I can't make peace with it. I just feel too shy about it lolz.

@SecretGeek
I have the urge to ask you if the jet offer is null if monogamy is your thing lol. Kidding, I'm into clean too. I have no Virgo though so not sure where it comes from.

@teasel
Thank you, I'm with you there. Guys never seem to have an issue ucking around. It's just their girls that need to be clean from any such past. Fu8k them lol. (Guys, we still like you. Unfortunately.)
Also, wanna link me to that post you mentioned about "It reminds me of what I posted in that thread about sexy, spiritual women."

@ULT12
Do you have Mercury/Mars square or sumtin? Your offensiveness reminds me of myself lol. (but to be truthful, it was nasty. Just an awareness there I guess. I myself am trying to be more conscious lately of my language. People do get offended you know...)

@DualGemV2
Hells yeah, I'm not gonna be just another one of 'em. I don't think my Leo Jupiter can eat it lol. Well at least based on what my interests/successes were in the past. If I feel mainstream anywhere then what's the point really. Actually thinking about it maybe it's my Aquarius MC.

@Galactic
I'm remembering that you had this reverse look at the houses/receipt of energies. I still have to think about how I feel regarding this. You might be right. But, to be completely honest (and no offense to you DualGemV2 cuz I don't know you) but Capricorn Sun's at least I'm not really a fan of. I don't think I ever came across a rising, at least not one I know. Actually Kobe Bryant definitely is/was kinda charismatic to me so maybe I'm wrong. So, your argument might hold some truth there. But yeah still gotta think about it in general. So it's definitely food for thought so thanks lol.

At least your Pallas is in Virgo on my Pluto, so I know you have Virgo influence.

I associate Pallas with at least passion.

However, even if you didn't have Virgo influence, if you were in love, the Composite could.

Lol I dunno why I haven't thought of this before, but you actually pulled my chart up with the asteroids of your interest 😆 smooth lol.

I think my Virgo influence might come from my Pluto in the sixth. I tend to be anal about the mundane stuff. Meaning, in an all or nothing way.

But true the Composite might have Virgo. I'm not sure though how well I relate to that energy in general. It's intercepted in my chart. So is Pisces, but my Sun and Moon in the 12th makes me kinda like 'em lol.

A good man can make all the difference in the world.

For example, our composite declination would bring your out of bounds Moon and Venus in so they aren't out of bounds in the composite and Priapus composite would be on my Mars.

Something like that could keep you content.

Plug a man of your choosing in to see.

Yeah I hear what you're saying. I don't mean to make this post into a dramatic story of meyself lol, but I don't think finding a guy I like is gonna happen anytime soon. I realize I'm way too fugked up to keep anything stable. I'm not sure if it's my moody Cancer influences or my Uranus Venus opposition, but I'm just too complicated of an individual. Anyway whatever.

I like harsh Uranus Venus aspects (kinky).

Mine is sex__tile.

The right man can bring your out of bounds energy inline.

I appreciate it ❤️

It's encouraging to hear. But experiences have proven otherwise so far. I dunno, I'm thinking I might just have to shift focus. Do something bigger/better (well not stripping lol). Maybe I'm just meant to be on my own/be someone else ya know. With every additional person in my life more walls go up. I'm invincible almost lol. Or so I think every God d@mn time.

Lol it's alright I'll do fine anyway. I do surprisingly well on my own. Relationships aren't my focus, but sometimes you just can't help but like a person. And that's when life sucks lol. It's all good though. It really is.

Thanks for listening 😆 not forcing you to answer lol was just talking, like I tend to do sometimes.

Hi Brenda,

I've noticed that these kinds of patterns tend to be less strong and noticeable when you're comparing the same symbols. In your case, Taurus Sun to Capricorn Sun will be less strong then say Taurus Sun to Capricorn Rising, Capricorn Moon, Capricorn chart ruler, Cap Venus, etc.

But in turn, with you having Gemini Rising, Cap Suns will tend to be attracted to you if other patterns support. Having angular Cancer Venus doesn't hurt either, as opposite Signs tend to have a strong pull on each other. And Venus is the attractor par excellence.

Oh interesting, yeah well I guess that makes sense. It's interesting cuz when comparing it to the basic understanding of things, it would be considered an inconjunct aspect. And was actually curious about this one person with their Venus exactly inconjunct my ASC. It's probably not as clear cut anyway.

Lol... I despise Capricorn sun males they tend to have a "I'm always right attitude" then when you prove them wrong they tend not to want to accept it. There's also a bit of arrogance with them.

The worst one I know of was a sag/cap sun male raised by a judgmental Virgo sun mother.

He makes things up, tries to convince people he's right and tries to preach "his own ideology"

Capircorn sun women are a bit better they can come off a little softer.. the men are a totally different type of animal.

Rising/Ascendant is just a mask on a person, its not the full person.

For me people assume with my Cap Asc. that I know what i'm doing.

I always bluntly have to say to people I'm the last person who'd want to ask or I have half a clue of what I'm doing, lol.
