Mars in Aries is in its element. It gets to be impulsive, fiery, unrestrained. But it can be almost childish in its impulsiveness, since Aries is the baby of the zodiac. This is not a planning, thinking, strategizing Mars. Mars gets to do that in Capricorn and Scorpio.

As it transits direct, retro, and then direct again thru Aries, it encounters opposition from powerful enemies in Capricorn, the full array of Jupiter, Saturn and Pluto lined up against it. Mars cannot win against these forces, but it will put up a darn good fight.

Going retro will force Mars to hold back and think things thru a little, which it hates to do.

THere is a saying about Mars retrograde. The side who fires the first shot in a conflict will be the losing side. So it will be interesting to see.

In our current geopolitical setting, I have identified the sides represented by Mars, Saturn, Jupiter and Pluto, and I am sure all savvy astrologers have been able to do so.

The Trump Administration ends the Balkans civil war. Kosovo and Serbia agree to normalize economic relations. Israel also benefits as Kosovo will recognize the Jewish state and Serbia will move its Israeli embassy to Jerusalem.

Earlier this month, Israel and the United Arab Emirates entered into a peace agreement.

So, while we have riots and an escalation of violence and conflict in the U.S., peace is happening abroad.

Looking at the transits today, The Sun, Jupiter, and Uranus are forming a grand trine, and Neptune sextiles Jupiter. A fitting line up for the breakthrough peace agreement in the Balkans.

This isn't the article I was going to link, but I like his advice. It's weird: I haven't been angry, but I've been avoiding a lot of crap, like the Qanon stuff out there. I have no patience for conspiracy theories - not anymore. We have a president who pushes this, and it's dangerous - it's insane. I tried to understand, but I don't, and I won't.

The most terrifying and heartbreaking part of it all to me at the moment is the realization that President Trump wasn't the one calling the marching orders here. And almost none of the area officials elected to help protect us have so much as said a word about this unconstitutional assault on us. Thank you to the few of you who stood with us tonight and sacrificed.
I feel betrayed by people I spent years of my life helping to elect and advocate for. On the other hand, a stunning community of activists fought for our city tonight, and protected one another, taking care of one another; all because our police and our elected officials will not.

On a positive note, these amazing activists that included social workers, teachers, attorneys, union members (no, not the despicable Locust club) made me fall in love with my city when I needed it most.

The police? I approached a handful of officers as we got to my car to head to the hospital. I showed them my face and asked if they were happy. Told them I want to believe they are better than this. Asked them AGAIN what was "unlawful" about our peacefully assembling that night. They robotically looked at me with zero emotion or humanity in their eyes and ignored me.

Pluto, in this chart, rules the 6H, which corresponds to service workers, such as the Army, Navy, police, and civil servants, among other things.

A striking correlation to these transits we are seeing now is a widespread demonization (Saturn-Pluto) and attacks of police by Antifa and BLM protestors (Mars), who personify Mars in Aries, many of whom haven't had their first Saturn return.

The 6H also corresponds with workers, employment, and public health services, i.e., the CDC. I think a correlation that applies here is what is coming to light about the exploitation of Covid for political gain, and an abuse of authority and power on the part of city and state officials, given the lockdowns that have caused severe economic hardships for workers and businesses.

In the Sibley chart, these transits aren't impacting the 6H (Taurus) or its ruler. But, the Saturn-Pluto transit is conjunct the U.S. Pluto in the 2H, and that correlates to the damage of Covid to the U.S. economy.

The biggest cycle, the Uranus-Pluto square, is still operative through 2020. Typically, one of the correlations of the Uranus-Pluto cycle is the empowerment of the black community. We see this in the support for Black Lives Matter across the country and around the world.

Uranus-Pluto, as we all know, are eras of uprisings and revolution, and this cycle is no different. We saw the Arab Spring in the Middle East at the beginning of the cycle, and many uprisings around the world. Right now, we're seeing protests around the globe in support of Black Lives Matter (BLM).

Planets that are aligned with each other create a mutual activation. Uranus tends to liberate what is unconscious or hidden, or what Jungians call the "shadow," which represents the parts of the psyche that are disowned and repressed (Pluto). Uranus acting on Pluto represents the return of the repressed. So we see protests and riots that in many cases involve looting, a dramatic rise in crime and shootings, or other forms of breaking the law.

Also, Uranus-Pluto is turbulent, not peaceful. Although the fake news media characterizes the protests as "mostly peaceful," independent journalists on the ground in places like Portland, Minneapolis, Seattle, Chicago, New York, Wisconsin, and other cities are reporting and documenting the violence in the streets and the destruction of property.

Pluto empowers and intensifies the impulse toward freedom and rebellion (Uranus). So, we see widespread protests and even anarchy in the streets. As an example, CHAZ or CHOP, an autonomous zone controlled by protesters in Seattle for a short time.

Saturn-Pluto cycles tend to correspond with economic contraction and recessions, severe hardship, but also the empowerment of conservatives, and the building of lasting structures.

Psychologically under Saturn-Pluto, a correlation with the demonization of individuals or groups, is common. The latest targets of this is the police and whites.

The Jupiter-Saturn cycle corresponds to the issue of justice that has brought many people out into the streets, and also with concerns about spending vs. debt and deficits.

I see the Mars transit as an auxiliary force magnifying the bigger, heavyweight transits of both the Uranus-Pluto and Saturn-Pluto cycles by increasing the heat, and augmenting the conflict and confrontation in the present moment of our history. But, it can also be seen as representing the protestors and rioters who are opposed to conservatives and the President and his supporters (Saturn-Pluto).

Most recently, we're seeing BLM protestors aggressively confronting people in restaurants, Senator Rand Paul and others leaving the RNC convention, and Karlyn Borysenko, who was with people in the WalkAway movement, chased by a mob in Dallas, TX.

I filled one on them at the end of August. They complied and the grandkids stopped sleeping over grandmas everyday. I was finally getting into a good sleep routine.

Like the kids are being set up for failure with a lack of structure and I am done looking the other way and giving them the benefit of the doubt.
