Thank you. I thought I posted it recently, but I think I added it to a thread, instead of creating a new one.

The chart is experiencing its chiron return.

I'd like to see this chart overlapping America's chart and how the progressions are being played out right now.

A pro-life democrat is now supporting a law to codify Roe:
http://thehill.com/news/senate/3483338-casey-says-he-will-support-legislation-to-codify-abortion-rights/

He changed his mind, because the circumstances have changed. He's personally against abortion, but doesn't think it should be banned.

His chart is here: http://myastro.com/myastropedia/Bob-Casey-Jr

"This present Mercury rx is a prelude of the Mars Rx this coming fall and winter. We’ll be back…"

The People's Oracle posted this, about the Senate voting against codifying Roe. She's a Vedic astrologer, and has been right about a lot.

Alito’s antiabortion draft heavily references 17-th century English legal precedent, including that of famed jurist Sir Matthew Hale who, it should be noted, had at least two women executed for witchcraft and wrote a treatise supporting marital rape

Samuel Alito is an American lawyer and jurist who serves as an associate justice of the Supreme Court of the United States.

It’s apparently been overturned. Abortion can now be banned.

Prior to Roe, abortion was completely banned in 30 states. Now the states will decide again for themselves. This has been a great week for the Constitution. Three landmark rulings: abortion, education, and gun rights.

They would like you to feel defeated, powerless, and alone. So band together, flex your considerable collective powers, and never surrender. We are the majority, which is why they are frantically pursuing minority rule and taking advantage of it where it is built into our flawed system. They are a shrinking minority and know democracy is their enemy.
Defend democracy. Defend women's rights, queer rights, privacy rights, reproductive rights, voting rights, and the rights of nature. Defend the future against these vengeful undead ghouls trying to drag us into the graves of the past. Remember that their goal is to overturn our victories, which is to say remember that we have had victories. Remember I say, because memory helps map the possibilities of the future.
Defend not just your own rights but those of others, and those of us who are not under direct attack must stand with those who are. Defend the rights of those yet to come, not as microscopic embryos, but as inheritors of this country and this earth for generations to come. Remember that we have many victories behind us and that they fear us. Remember that they know they must lie and cheat to win. Remember that they know they are doomed in the long run, and speed the day when they are history, a second confederacy whose only statues will be made out of lies and scabs.

You really have no idea about the Constitution. Leave that to legal scholars, judges, and those of us with law degrees. The Constitution says what the highest Court in the land says that it says. Now kindly return this thread back to astrology and keep your emotive responses to a different forum.

You literally posted your opinion... And then attacked another for doing the same. So please show us where YOUR opinion is astrologically related to the post.

I actually didn’t post my opinion. I posted facts. The Supreme Court interprets the Constitution. Laypersons shouldn’t presume to do so. I have a law degree. Now can we get this thread back to astrology, please?

The constitution is not to be understood by the layperson? Arrogant and pig headed to say the least. Who are you to say what someone else understood when it doesn't match your own views? Absolutely no one, that's who. Your opinion was that you think it's a great day for the constitution and I will have to disagree there. Rvw being overturned means abortion rights are no longer protected because abortion isn't mentioned in the constitution itself. How stupid, roe v wade was a landmark decision because it outlined what can and can not be defined as a person deserving of the rights of the constitution. A fetus is not by any definition, a person. Especially when it infringes upon the rights of the mother, that's actually called a parasite if you want to get technical. Blame it on my stubborn fixed taurus sun, or 6th house stellium with a libra moon but, logic is logic and emotions should be kept out of the law.

Rights not specifically enumerated in the Constitution go to the states. It’s really just as simple as this: The states will now decide, through their legislatures and votes of their citizens, what restrictions, if any, shall be implemented in those states. You and I will never agree, and that’s fine, but it is what it is.

Lots of cold, calculated Capricornian energy in that chart in the form of Mercury, Venus, Jupiter and North Node in Capp.

With unpredictable Uranus in Libra squaring Mercury and Jupiter in Capp.

Wild woman Lilith conjunct Neptune, and loosely conjunct Mars.

Wounded feminine with Chiron square Venus.

Chiron now return, getting powerful boost from Jupiter transiting Aries this year.

Pluto, the death planet of abortion in the chart ( since abortion is about killing, and it is usually done in the dark), originally trines the sun, but transit pluto will go over the sun in the coming years. Death of Roe Vs Wade or its regeneration???

Since this was rephrased as a "choice" element by the pro-abortion forces, I am trying to see what in the original chart represents CHOICE.

Is it unpredictable Uranus in Libra?

I think the venus in cap conjunct nn. Women taking their lives into their own hands and coming into more power over ourselves in general.

I think it's also important to point out that in the progressed chart, mars is now in cap conjunct the nn in the 8th house. Men taking back control behind closed doors, moon on the sn in cancer squaring Pluto in the 5th, women's rights pushed into the past especially where it involves children.

John cornyn not hiding his racism. It really doesn’t stop at hurting as many women as possible.
