Heliocentric: Not relevant to natal astrology and its components (transits, progressions, etc). We don't live on the Sun, but on Earth. So heliocentrism is not relevant to the birth chart.
As to the rest, draconic theories are populated by bunk and unsubstantiated claims to antiquity. I've never seen cohesive, credible thinking surrounding it. See astrology scholar Chris Brennan.
It is better to fully understand one zodiac and work with its declinational dimension than to combine zodiacs. It is very advanced and most people cannot do it productively. In my rectification work I made use of the Indian/sidereal zodiac for some very hidden information helpful to rectification.
However, practitioners of sidereal cannot even agree on 0° Aries, varying as much as 4° from each other. So you can see that there is no clear-cut marker for siderealism. Not so with the Tropical zodiac, which is not a constellation zodiac, but an Earth-centered segmented zodiac created by cycles of the Sun in geocentric perspective. It is defined precisely by Sun's movements across the celestial equator (0° north/south declination).
Most of those combining and switching back and forth between zodiacs are largely engaging in superficial, sign-based astrology.
