Life's a funny thing, you know. A lot of people miss how precious it is. That this is it - this is your one time as the person you are - not just that at your life - but at you. So it's important to realise how amazing you are because you only EVER exist once. Even if we do reincarnate and your soul manifests in other bodies - YOU (as in insert name) only get to do it one time. It's pretty amazing. So you deserve to know how special and beautiful that is - and that you are. The small things - they don't mean much. And to have people help you realise your own magic along the way - that's just everything.IP: Logged |

I can understand that - I mean the shock of it - the absolute FEAR. You can just never really know how you'll respond to something.A couple of years ago I was watching TV with my children and the TV was quite loud and we had the noisy air-conditioner on and I still heard this scream over the top of everything. Went outside to investigate and couldn't work it out - very very distinct scream. Saw flashing lights outside a little later and an ambulance two doors down. Not being the nosy type - I figured if ambulance is there all is being attended to and I'm not needed (don't know those neighbours other than a friendly hello). Found out the next day that the scream I had heard was the sound of a mother finding the hanging body of her son. IP: Logged |

omg. life is so fragile. not one of us indestructable. man when it come to our kids ... there just isn't anything that compares to your love for your children. nothing. nothing can make you prouder, madder, happier, more disappionted, lose sleep for worry, there just is nothing that describes that kind of love. nothing.IP: Logged |

Yes - life is so fragile. So for all the could have beens - like all those scenarios and fears in your head - they didn't happen.Everything is alright. Now, with children in hand, and love in heart - don't you have a graduation to get ready to attend? IP: Logged |

Oh man, I hear you. I read the threads here about people wanting to find their soulmate/twinflame/whatever like it's the be all and end all of love, and I think to myself wait til you have children - then you'll know what love really is. You can love lovers/partners/whatever but your children - the love for them is something else entirely.IP: Logged |

yes and i know you are tired, thanks for staying up to talk a bit. a few more hours of goofy looking work pretending, then off to go clean up and remember that this same girl worked very hard to acomplish much. life is good. always. even when it is hard. besides without a little rain, how would we recognise the sun?IP: Logged |

Beautiful. That child that put the fear into you - probably needs a big hug too - maybe after a big slap on the wrist. If she doesn't already have the awareness, it won't be long before she realises what a special gift and person she has in her mother.I also hope that her mother can see what a beautiful person she has in herself too. That sun after the rain, that sun is you. You just radiate this light. Don't forget that. Even when you can't see it. We can see it. And when you forget it, we're here to remind you. There may be some pics of naked men in between, but it'll always be there. IP: Logged |
