I can't think of a favourite episode. They're all hilarious. Very funny and clever show. Zap Brannigan makes me laugh. Actually like Futurama more than The Simpsons. I can think of fave Simpsons episodes, but can't single out one Futurama.

EDIT: Lets not forget Nibbler. The popplers episode is a stand out.

Maybe there should be a forum called, "Butch," where everything not requiring an iota of intuition is discussed. It's doubtful anyone here really wants to talk shop, but it would be the furthest thing from the average forum here.
