I'd be happy to. My mom started teaching me to cook fairly young. In all honesty, my menu isn't vast, but I've been looking over my roommate's cookbooks recently, and I wouldn't mind learning some more.I do food. IP: Logged |

DD, Im interested infixed stars, i really would love to know more. It's fascinating. Asteroids are very interesting but u do it better than i do. And i dont know the mythology except what i read as a kid. But they make sense to me, i ve got hercule exactly conjunct my sun @18 aqua (your moon ), dejaneira exactly conjunct my north node 29 leo and nessus conjunct my asc 11 cancer by 3 degrees (semisquare dejaneira). That cant be pure hazard! Aspects too, semi square, semi sextile and all the harmonics that glaucus talks about. This is chinese to me but that s very interesting Progressions and transits are less interesting to me. I dont really want to know how long the agony will last. lalaland forever!!! Voila. Sorry again for my rant, it would have been directed at anyone. Right now my life sucks real bad and i guess losing my temper is not necessary. I should instead go to lift weights or do some cleaning. Thanks for the link BM, and for the deserved rectification of my attitude. IP: Logged |

Thank you, BM, for starting this thread, as well as providing us the link to Positive Astrology.com.Pire I hear you. Rock on with your ideals. You are one of the extremely few sane and sensible people here at LL. You shine! This shall be my final post here at the entire territory of the website that is LL, regarding the re-directed subject matter concerned that has been the core of the debate. I shall make no further comment, neither to repeat my position nor to invalidate my point. The debate shall die. I am pleased to see the turn of the conversation on this thread- I see a lot of constructivity and positivity. D

Thanks D,life is hard somtimes and it s useless to make it more. I ve learn something recently, it's that nobody is perfect, not you, not him, not her, not me... And nobody is right except you, and him, and her, AND ME Good u forget, and dont forget to forgive cause nobody is perfect. Edit.. D, im not such a great person, i which i was. There are some really good people here who shine a better light. No doubts. But thank you IP: Logged |

Fatinkerbell, Are you a native of South Korea, or an expat living in South Korea? If you are Korean, your English is pretty good! Hey, I'm not so far away from you- I'm on the same side of the globe as you are! I live in Taiwan, but I'm ethnic Japanese. For the past five years, with the exception for our fellow LL members from India, or Eleanore, who has emigrated to Japan, I had never encountered LL members from East Asia- until recently, I met Carl, whose location said that he was from China- no further confirmation from him, though. Fatinkerbell, are you South Korean? It is my pleasure meeting you, then. D ------------------ Love is life force, hate is death force. IP: Logged |

Pire,"Im interested infixed stars, i really would love to know more. It's fascinating." Yes, I agree, they are fascinating. Especially considering that they "started" astrology. I once read that the Babylonians would use them (I think Antares) for their astrology. Occasionally I look into them, too, but then I get a little bit scared about the "gloom-and-doom"-interpretations. But maybe I should look into them. My NN, Neptune and ASC are close to Antares after all. "And i dont know the mythology except what i read as a kid." Mythology started it for me, and I am still fascinated that astrology seems to be really a very exact reflection of the myths (of course that might be, because the myths are a reflection of humanity) " But they make sense to me, i ve got hercule exactly conjunct my sun @18 aqua (your moon )" LOL You must be a strong man. And your Sun is conjunct my Moon? Well, then both of us have Transit Nessus conjunct Sun and Moon currently.
I find it interesting how many people here on LL have some important planet conjunct my Moon; especially since my Moon is unaspected (except for a quinkunx to Saturn), and I definitely learned a lot about my own emotional core here. ", dejaneira exactly conjunct my north node 29 leo and nessus conjunct my asc 11 cancer by 3 degrees (semisquare dejaneira). That cant be pure hazard!" Probably not. If Nessus is on 8 degree, it`s opposing my Venus on 6 Capricron, and in that case, IQ certainly would advise me to stay away from you. My own Nessus is on 28 Gemini in my 7th house widely square Deianira on 1 Aries in 3rd house near the IC. I guess, if I ever experience some form of "abuse" it would be verbal or intellectual one (Nessus in Gemini opposing Sun and Mercury and Dejanira in 3rd house).

" s too, semi square, semi sextile and all the harmonics that glaucus talks about. This is chinese to me but that s very interesting" Yes, I love his geometrical approach to astrology. Well, I love any logical and consistent approach to astrology. I am not yet sure about the minor aspects, but stay open to their validity. "Progressions and transits are less interesting to me." Usually I am not that interested either, but now and then comes a time, when I suddenly become very interested in them, just like now.
"Right now my life sucks real bad" I`m sorry to hear that. I hope everything will sort itself out soon. And everyone looses their temper from time to time. It`s not a drama. Besides you had a very valid point and have been expressing what I thought myself. BTW I followed your suggestion and started doing some cleaning. My kitchen tells you "Thank you for the advice".
