There's a woman who sits next to me who has cancer. She is bald and wears a little cloth cap on her head every day. Some days she's absent. She has chemo tomorrow. Right now she has her head in her hands and her eyes closed because she says she's tired all the time. I really feel for her

But SO true.

I found that I was living in the past way too much. Talking about what could have been if I did this or that differently. But like you said, life is about learning. I believe that every time we reincarnate, we come back to continue learning until we get it right.
I can look back on my life and see I've got a lot more to learn lol.

So what happens when those souls have finally got it right? Do they become spirit guides to those of us still learning? Yeah, maybe I think too much lol.

I love what you wrote about reincarnation

I'm feeling kind of blue today, don't know what it is.

Ami I am SO sorry you lost a son. This should never happen to anyone. Seriously, I'm tearing up thinking about it.
Reminds me of a very good friend of mine. She had identical twin daughters. At 6 yrs old she lost one of them to brain cancer. I'll see if I can post a link of them. Beautiful girls. But this almost destroyed her. My friends mom..the grandmother tried to commit suicide and went thru a very hard breakdown. It was very hard talking to her on the phone because she would start bawling and have to hang up. I just can't imagine.
My love to you Ami for going thru something no mother should have to ever face

Here is another analogy of our lives on earth: (how I feel)

When you sign up for classes at school, you can choose easy courses, or you can choose more difficult courses. The easy courses, you might get an "easy A" and you usually don't learn very much.......the harder courses, you really have to struggle through and spend extra energy to get through them. Once you do, WOW you sure learned a lot!

We all signed up for the most difficult courses during this lifetime........ and we are just trying to get through them.....we may not always know or learn why we have had to go through such terribly difficult things, but we are always stronger from our experiences.

It's as if we are taking "AP" courses (advanced placement).....perhaps we will graduate into a higher realm once we have finished? (don't know, just an idea)

Have you tried any natural remedies for depression?

Getting adequate Vitamin D?

I started making my own nut mix for snacks, I use organic raw sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, almonds and cashews.......I looked up the health benefits of pumpkin seeds just out of curiosity and was not only surprised to find how healthy they are for you but they are very positive for depression

Another thing is getting quality sleep - I take my calcium pills at night b/c they help with sleep, and I also take 5-HTP to help me sleep at night, which is also very good for improved mood. 5-HTP is totally natural and what your body makes anyways.........So getting adequate sleep is supposed to help people with depression.

Eating healthy and going for walks where you get fresh air is also very good
