Please tell me/us what your best habit is. What's the one thing you do that you think most people would benefit from doing themselves?IP: Logged |

Seeing the good in others. Being a cheerleader. That's all I got. Other than that, I am a total troll.

Money management When I earn less than others, I always have more and no debt to go with it. Everyone would benefit from more money and less debt.

OK I see your new post that we can have more than one so My Spirituality keeps me balanced and at peace with the turmoils around me. Practicing moderation in all areas of my life is disciplined work but greatly rewarding. ------------------ ~The Earth Laughs In Flowers~ ... Emerson IP: Logged |

well, what i meant by art and japanese is they are my two passions...they are my hobbies that i have been doing for a long time...i have waffled over being a professional artist or a language teacher....my dream, for whichever profession i chose, was for the purpose to help people to "see" or to be more tolerant...like racism ------------------ What happens on Venus stays on Venus -Nasa IP: Logged |

I eat raw food. I am not a fanatic. If I want something,I have it,whatever the thing is. Today,I had 4 slices of pizza lol and chips. I miss raw food when I don't have it. It started out hard to do but now it is easy and I prefer it ------------------ Life is lived in the sand box. He who controls his Spirit is greater than he who controls a city Proverbs IP: Logged |

re: is Merc. Rx?"it sure is" Thought so. I'd love to see your work btw. The Art Forum (Yellow Wax) seems really dead these days. Maybe we could start up a new thread? I don't have new work to show atm, but will soon. Got a another potential position at a tattoo artist shop today, but I don't want to get back into that line of work. Too confining & not as glamorous as it may seem. What are your favorite mediums? IP: Logged |

exfoliating/skin brushingeating loads of fruit + greens supplementing with minerals & high quality DHA, EPA (a mineralised brain ensures good moods) eating raw chocolate (serotonin, neurotransmitters ) stretching going for walks, fresh air sungazing creative outlet, like at least have a journal ! record dreams, daily thoughts and experiences (you will learn to LOVE this habit- you'll be surprised how much we do forget)(draw, paint, write, make orgone- a great piece is being made today!) be grounded for at least 20 minutes barefoot on the earth turn off all electrical things while you are being creative With that said, I'm switching off now! Going for a walk, then going to hardware store to get more resin to make some orgonite, make a healthy lunch for the family, have nanna nap, sit in the sun, watch my hubby do martial arts, play with kids, and dinner, cuddles, read, sleep. Good day planned out today.

Never lying.Helping at least one person a day no matter how I feel. Collecting and giving smiles. When home and out; I try to make as many folks smile as I can! It is amazing how many lovely random conversations one can have with perfect strangers! I sometimes get hugs in return! ------------------ ~The present time is theirs, but the future is mine.~Nikola Tesla ~There is no box.~H♥ ~Balance is not letting anyone love you less than you love yourself.~Felipe ~I remember, therefore I am immortal~LEXX ~It is far better to regret wrong paths taken than to regret the paths not tried~Giselle }><}}}(*>~ IP: Logged |
