I did clean up one woman's dog poop and dumped it out for her to step in just outside her front door. I wish I could've seen her expression (especially if she stepped in it before she saw it which she could've done coming outside).

But they tend to be mean. One guy I know actually bought the tools for another woman to clean up after her dog and was caught leaving it outside her door and she cussed him out at the top of her lungs.

And about 2 weeks ago I saw an old guy letting his 2 big dogs dump and I almost ran up to him to explain the core concepts of responsibility and cleaning up after one's self (including one's pets) but decided at his age it was a lost cause. And not even an hour later I got home and fired up the computer and one of the top stories was someone gunned down for telling his neighbor to clean up after his dog (it was so bad that after the neighbor was shot and on the ground the guy with the dog kept shooting him until he was out of ammo). I couldn't help but wonder what would've happened if I'd confronted that old guy...
