I'm not downgrading anyone. Art is indefinable. You can't tell another person what is or isn't art to that individual. When I create an earring, that is art to me. Being able to wear my art as an expression of who I am is very gratifying. So, as an artist of sorts myself, I respect the art of others in all its myriad of forms and the veritable plethora of expressions thereof. Just because you paint--no matter how much hard work you put into it--gives you no right to put down other artforms simply because you refuse to honor them as art. IP: Logged |

And kindly keep your hostility off my string. I am asking for opinions on what piercing to get. If you can't contribute to that objective in a positive manner, then don't post on it at all.IP: Logged |

Youre right. I'll exit the thread now, which i never should have posted in in the first place. You do what you think is art and I will do the same. And trust me, I honor all true artists. So don't even go there.IP: Logged |

What about cartilage ear piercings (top of the ear)? Are they considered effeminate? I've only seen females with them.IP: Logged |

You think I was putting down other "artforms" somewhere? Youre a real m*therfu#ker arent you? Go ahead and ban me. I don't care. "Refuse to honor the type of people you are talking about as artists? If you say so. IP: Logged |
