Well why do you think I was absent from the forums for such a long time ? Lol! unfortunately my time on these forums will be sparse and I will only make brief appearances here and there.

Real life keeps me busy busy busy. Too many things to do, so little time to do them all in.

But yes I am officially hitched to the most wonderful gift I could have ever hoped for in my life; My wonderful highschool sweetheart. There just isn't a forum big enough for all the wonderful things I can say about her Lol!

But getting back on topic:

Guys this one is for you:

The Spartacus workout:

http://www.menshealth.com/mhlists/high-intensity-circuit-routine/index.php

Its a workout program that I have been following myself and the results speak for themselves . It is a hefty program so I recommend this to those guys who are already are in intermediate shape and want to tone and sculpt their bodies.

Ever wanted to look like Liam Mcintyre from Spartacus?

Well now you can .

I am so doing it, you guys!!!! Very proud of myself too! Way too early to sense results, but I am training with enthusiasm! Just finished my workout, I am sweaty as hell and have the hugest cocky smile on my face that I haven't had in YEARS! On my way to become an endorphin junkie! Until then, shower - yummmmmmmm!

If the arm workouts have heavier weights, like fried chicken parts or larger cheeseburgers, preferrably large pizza boxes, then it shapes muscles better.

Ladies... I have a bone to pick with you in regards to misconception around strength training and the fear of bulking up :P.

its a very bad myth that women will gain ridiculous muscle mass through strength training.

Have a read:

http://voices.yahoo.com/women-strength-training-no-will-not-bulk-up-4290267.html?cat=50

It helps you tone up, and increase your metabolic rate and trust me, you are NOT going to look like Arnold at the end of your sessions. The most you can expect is this:

I got my wonderful girl into strength training after convincing her that she will not even remotely gain the same amount of muscle mass as I did.

Now she is an avid fan of it. She is as petite as ever... Only more deliciously toned .

I am a very blessed man Lol!

Bumpity Bump !

Just bringing this little diddy back from the dead to see how everyone has progressed thus far.

After gaining the right amout of Muscle Mass, I worked extensively in sculpting my body up and burning off excessive fat. I went for a learner look rather than a total bulky build.
