Today was super tough (technically yesterday) I was really worked up about something with someone really trying to get under my skin. I avoided checking my blood sugar levels because I felt sick and was dreading the possible outcome. Well, all is good and I didn't falter. I see it as a test now. What didn't break me, made me stronger. Thank you WL and SC. And thanks to Randall - I was incredibly stubborn.. but I got it, I get, some things aren't worth it no matter what. I'm lucky to have someone like you who Loves me that much. Just remembered this guy I was listening to last night mentioned how this method has cured people of their diabetes. He explained how using insulin actually makes the body more dependent on it and how to break that cycle and get your cells back into perfect health and to stop resisting insulin (i'm probably not explaining it correctly). Slept most of the time.. woke up about thirty minutes ago.. looked at the time and saw it's three am. My sense of time is all wonky now. You're right Ami. We do fall on our way to succeed. I just it so hard because I was so excited and never went that long without it. If it happens once, it can happen again. It's a minor set back. As I have divulged to you before, I am dependant on Symbicort (steroid). Once I went a few days without it, thinking I had beat it. Then I was right back on it. If I don't have it (when I truly need it) I have an asthma attack. I still believe it is psychophysical and working it out. I still have a strong belief that no disease is unconquerable.
