Eating raw three times a week; going completely raw didn't work out last time. Just keeping a good balance with everything. Stress could have been the biggest culprit. It's great to have people in my life who could handle the cruddy moods and all. I've eliminated red meat from my diet too. Usually I can go without it for months and then get a craving out of the blue. Hopefully it's permanent this time! IP: Logged

It is the ONLY thing that with one serving; will take mine from like 480, and drop it to betwixt 160 and 212. A second serving, with no other foods; will drop it down to under 120 or so. IP: Logged

I'm doing it for my own personal reasons (planning on going vegetarian in gradual stages). Some medical researchers believe that meat which is high in sodium and nitrites can cause high blood pressure and insulin resistance which is why they suggest to eat meat in moderation. You're welcome! Yeah sodium and nitrates are bad, which is why when I need to; I generally eat red meat plain, not processed. Why add sodium and nitrates anyhow?
