That's how it goes when you struggle with the same thing everyday. The optimism begins to wear off and you become weary of motivating yourself. When it disrupts your everday life eg. sleep, appettite etc. it adds to the frustration. Sorry for being a downer and thanks to those who are always there to offer their support.
