I don't want one of my favorite players to retire without winning an international trophy, he has absolutely no chance of winning the World Cup and he'll be 35 in the next Euro. This is it!! his last chance!! But then again, do trophies really matter? he's already a wonderful player with or without them. There is one thing I don't really like about current Ronaldo, he's too goal-oriented these days. He played beautifully when he was young, even though he didn't score much. Lol, it's a part of him, he won't be him without it. But, Croatia are one of my favorite teams in this Euro, they have a very good squad and their style of play does not make me . When this match ends, I will probably feel happy and sad at the same time . IP: Logged |

I like it. It's exciting. I am glad my team went home, not being so emotionally invested in it allows me to enjoy it more. IP: Logged |

Yeah, the big teams will have to go through hell to make the final. And who knows, if Iceland continue to park the bus infront of their post they might send a big team home. One of the finalists will be new, that's what excites me.IP: Logged |

Yay, we're back! Hello, Scorpio17! Indeed, Netherlands is missed at this Euro, they are always one of my favourites because of their explosive and spectacular game. My team went home so I get to focus on the matches more objectively. I am sorry to see the Swiss go, but I am happy for Poland. Also very happy for Wales, man, that Bale is something! Next is Croatia-Portugal, many people are awaiting that one. Nony is torn between them, poor thing. I am rooting for Croatia to wipe that smugness from Ronaldo's face. IP: Logged |

"... to wipe that smugness from Ronaldo's face." I'm afraid we'll still have to enjoy his fine haircut for a while (at least till the next round). IP: Logged |

Now I want Portugal to win the tourney just to make you watch the smugness of his face reflected on the trophy I missed the match -_-. Was sleeping and had set the alarm to wake me up right at the kick-off but, didn't hear it go off OR it couldn't wake me up OR I did not wake up even after hearing it OR none of these. I was regretting it, had expected it to be one of the best matches of the tournament. But looks like I didn't miss anything except the goal from what I've read, they say it was a drab match. Didn't watch Wales-NIR properly, felt like it would bore me to death . Swiss-Poland match was really entertaining, the complete opposite of what I had expected. Was rooting for Switzerland. They bowed out in style, Poland looked totally flabbergasted since the second half. I can't handle more than one match per day, more than that gives me brain fart these days. Rooting for Ireland, Slovakia and Belgium today.

Well, actually, I read a bit about him (Ronaldo, I mean) and turns out he's not so bad. Yeah, he's still smug and all, but I guess it can be expected because he is roughly uneducated and didn't know how else to manage his strong emotions. Plus, well, all that Aries can do that to a person. We do believe we're the cat's pyjamas except most of us keep it a secret. Anyways, Neptune on his MC could explain why he's misunderstood - or he feels that way. I am surprised he's that competitive with a Mars-Neptune square, but I guess that's where Jupiter trumps everything, and Saturn for the stamina. Gosh, if there's something I envy in a person is good aspects between Mars and Jup and/or Sat. I was very impressed and very surprised to hear he's a regular blood donor and it means so much to him that he refused to get tatts, which are kind of a norm for a football player. :/ I guess he does have some humane side to him and I've soften a little where he's concerned. I admit I was biased, possibly because his Mars squares my Moon ugh = obnoxious!!! IP: Logged |

Today's matches are not so exciting for me. I'm mostly neutral about these teams. I've had it with Belgium, no team spirit at all. Germany maybe, but they sorta bore me a little. Ireland will be defeated, sadly. So, that's that. Monday is a different story, now those are 2 matches that I am really excited for! IP: Logged |

Umm...isn't it Cat's Whiskers?? Never mind, I like pyjamas better.. Yeah, you can just tell he's an Aries mars Although I would have never guessed that Neptune square. Good to know Jupiter trumps everything. Nice analysis, btw... And me too jealous of smooth Saturn-Mars aspects. I have a zero degree square and it's a pain in the @$$. I too may have been (rather, *am*) biased about him ('coz I'm a Barca supporter..surprise surprise). I guess one simply can't expect an Aries mars to not be smug, esp when they're so successful. It's very well deserved - and I hate him for that. IP: Logged |

lol It seems like they lack *it* this time around. Maybe because Muller hasn't shined so far. Yes, they murdered teams in WC 2014, but my favourite Germany team was from WC 2010. IP: Logged |

2-0 Game over!! If they continue in the same manner, that meme you posted above will be useful again. That Neuer save was completely unfair, keepers are not supposed to make those kind of saves. IP: Logged |

Lol yeah.. Neuer is almost like a fifth defender.. Sweeper keeper.. Love his style though.Yeah, you know..they hadn't won a world cup since the year I was born>> Everytime we either reach the semis or finals and never make the cut. Sooo frustrating. I kinda miss the WC Ballack played in, last one was '06 I think.. They do lack *it*. Also because Klose is no longer there. *holds back tears* Who you supporting, btw? IP: Logged |

3...Germany have finally landed in France.I am supporting Portugal. If Portugal does not win, I want either Belgium or Wales win it. Ballack's team was different, all about power, 2010 team had plenty of flair, very scintillating, this one has mixture of both power and flair. If nothing works *hands you tissues just in case*, you can always stick Gomez upfront. IP: Logged |

That's true... I was just really bummed about 2010 for other reasons. quote: Originally posted by anonymidarkness: If nothing works *hands you tissues just in case*, you can always stick Gomez upfront.

I think football is a good outlet for his "smugness". He might be different off the field, but then again his whole life revolves around football. It's amazing how driven he is. Mars conj. Saturn? I do have Mars/Jupiter but it's a square. "I guess he does have some humane side to him" > > lol what do you mean ? did you assume that he was like Joffrey ? Psychopaths do tend to do well in Sports. About the blood donation, idk, I feel like celebs do social work to improve their image rather than genuine concern for others, not all celebs ofcourse. He might be different.
