So Im not sure whether I posted here or not.. and I don't really have the time right now to check but I will say this

I chose Desiring Shadows because I wanted to delve into the darkness which I successfully did

now unintentionally

but yeah...

Im better now! That's why im able to post. I think I cured myself. Did you know that was possible? I accepted the fact people leave, or that SOMEONE left. Anyways what I did was I listened to my thoughts and trusted them..
Well first here what I did.

I spent the first two weeks in my bed sleeping and crying daily.
Then I realized how helpless and crippled I had become over a stupid break up. I was dependant on my family and friends for way too much emotional support and my ever changing moods. It was ridiculous. All I needed was for the years back of loneliness built out of insecurity from some stupid bullies that hurt my self esteem. I still suffer with self esteem issues. Im able to post and have been for the past year or so without second guessing myself... But you know. I guess I just over think things...

Whatever. ITs over with.
Whats now should be Desirae something because that's my new name since I rebirthed myself internally and since I decided to leave the darkness behind.

I cleared my conscience. I was anxious (more so than I am now) and I wouldn't look people in the eyes ever.

Basically I figured out its because also I lied about something very serious which has been bothering me. But that was because of something else that bothered me in the first place. Its done with. IM just happy I don't need to see a psychologist or therapist to sort me out. ITs amazing what the mind can do.

I am so proud of you. You had to lose yourself in someone in order to find yourself, and that's okay. Every butterfly has to withdraw into a cocoon first. Spread your wings and soar into flowers.

This (added to my Signature) reminds me of you:

------------------
"Life is like a box of crayons. Most people are the 8-color boxes, but what you're really looking for are the 64-color boxes with the sharpeners on the back. I fancy myself to be a 64-color box, though I've got a few missing. It's okay though, because I've got some more vibrant colors like periwinkle at my disposal. I have a bit of a problem though in that I can only meet the 8-color boxes. Does anyone else have that problem? I mean there are so many different colors of life, of feeling, of articulation...so when I meet someone who's an 8-color type...I'm like, 'hey girl, magenta!' and she's like, 'oh, you mean purple!' and she goes off on her purple thing, and I'm like, 'no - I want magenta!'"

Desiring Shadows... {{{Desirae }}}

decided to leave the darkness behind

You know that having a life guarantees that we will have swings of fortune: between good and bad, and the worst kinds of times interspersed with some powerful good that comes every now and then.

We climb the mountains built on our testimonies of having made it through. And survived.

Collect, rehearse, and OWN your victories.
As best you can, simply 'learn' from the past, process then drop the baggage.

Adventure ...

I chose bonsai because I'm quite miniature. Much like a bonsai is a miniature plant.

I have this username that I use everywhere and it's a combination of the words "light" and "beauty" in two different languages. Those two words hold so much resonance for me. I didn't want to sign up with the same username here so I used the words in English.
