Actually, the Kneeling can be stopped quickly by a public denouncement and condemnation of Racist Cops and White Supremacists from all NFL Owners.Add a promise from NFL to lobby for the harshest possible punishment for Race Crimes, and such a controversy may never occur again.

Actually as kneeling is a posture of respect and prayer the disrespect tto the flag and America is all in the minds of the sheep who believe what their Prez tells them. The reason for making a ruckus about it? To silence those protest.. and make obedience to a symbol more important than what it stands for.Standing for the flag by players started in 2009 at the request off the pentagon who for some reason have funding for the NFL in their budget. No property destroyed or violence (as in the BostonTea Party for instance); no foul language.. except from those who want to coerce PRIVATE BUSINESS to censor their employees (as in you and Tromp) Baa heil!

The general situation has been ongoing a great deal longer than that.They are paid according to their value in crowd draws. If their pay goes down with ratings, thats show biz. Personally I think their value is overblown too. As is football itself. As is the Anthem imo.
